today is 14th July and 1:32 PM. we ordered mobile order and we arrived. they YELLED us because they didn’t understand my name?? excuse me? and then we got our coffees which is iced macha and salted caramel cold brew, we told them this is not a salted caramel cold brew, and she said (with mean face) yes it is. we said it shouldn’t look like this, we all the time drinking salted caramel cold brew. she didnt say anything. this is not acceptable and the lady had black hair and young. just let u know, we are paying for this coffees and you need to do your job nicely. if you dont like to work here, just leave and dont waste my money and time

Sun eclipse day! Nice padded bench seat inside along one wall. No paper towels to dry hands in bathroom. Had to ask for creamer. Argh. Small amount of cream was poured into another cup and handed to me. ? Female staff member shared pleasantries about a previous sun eclipse she had experienced. Coffee was very good. Choc croissant very tasty also.

They cannot make these drinks right. There is not enough whip cream in every drink I get (unlike other Starbucks where the amount is enough) and if you order a hot carmel apple spice, they give you no whip cream either. And charging 1 or 2 bucks for cinnamon dolce sprinkles for EACH drink is ridiculous. I can understand just one charge for 3 small drinks. I'd rather go in the Starbucks at the grocery stores around here than to go through this LC drive-thru one again.
