I just moved here and the employees and the manager at this location made me feel very welcome . I enjoy Starbucks coffee and if you can have service with a smile and a great attitude that says a lot about you. I just had Katie make my iced pumpkin dirty cha with cold foam. So delicious! Well done, Katie! Keep being an awesome barista . As far as Aidan the manager goes he is absolutely amazing and truly cares about each customer. His heart and passion are in this industry and I see see that drive in him. You are awesome and you are going to go far! Never doubt yourself. If you haven’t been here before to this location I highly recommend it.

I ask refresher with no ice she charged me one dollar extra and she still didn't fill it up i told her I paid one dollar to make the cup full and she said that is full i said whatever can you put me extra strawberry she said okay it's one dollar extra I said okay I'll pay and I paid when I look at her she didn't put the strawberry she added only water i was so pissed off and plus they don't scan for rewards it's so expensive they charge extra forever think and plus they don't give the exactly what you want and ask for. And plus she was mean on the rude specially people from this ingles i really mean nobody is with a smile. Everybody is entering you. Like you own them something. They need to close this place this place sucks i paying 11 dollars for strawberry refresher and that was tasting nasty is this looks full? 11 dollars for a drink?

This location STINKS! I came with the offer on my phone for 1/2 off drinks on Fridays in May from 12-6 and was told (after waiting) that the Manager said they're not honoring that offer. So, becaused they'd already made it I paid over $6 for a drink. That's just nuts! If Starbucks has a promotion all locations should have to honor it.
