Twice now we have called at least 4 hours in advance to order pizzas they say we can get them there when we get there we can't todays reason was the person I talked to did not lay them out

The sandwich was great, but I’m really writing about the kind lady who made it. Her name was Bri Coates, and she was the sweetest, most accommodating person I’ve ever seen. Not only sweet, but very efficient at her job. And if you’re her manager and you’re reading this, please, give this girl a raise!!! Absolutely amazing service.

Supposedly open 24 hours and it's about the only thing open on my commute to work, yet 95% of the time there's no employees anywhere to be found from 3-5am. If you're lucky or loud enough to get their attention in the back room, expect another 15 minute wait while your sandwich is made in slow motion.

The meatball sub has no flavor. And you have to ask for extra sauce to get sauce. No flavor to the meat balls.

MAKE SURE YOU GET THE RIGHT ORDER!! My husband open his Tuna with pepper jack cheese and jalapeño sandwich and discovered it was the couple behind me sandwich. TOO MANY HANDS IN THE KITCHEN.We were there 3/24/24 at around 1245Ticket 5004693The manager the name tag said an older lady. Put the wrong order together.Now someone else has the sandwich I ordered for my husband. And they are not gonna be happy.. so if you go here make sure you get your order correct.They need to mark the sandwiches so the workers can look and see which one especially when they start laying all of them on the counter and they are wrapped so who knows what they are. To say the least my husband was not happy with the avocado but he ate it anyway.

The customer service has always been phenomenal. The employees are always very respectful and interactive. What I don’t like is the fact that I’ve had food poisoning twice from this location. I’m not sure if there is something wrong with the meat or vegetables but the last two times I’ve gotten a deli style sandwich I’ve gotten very sick from it. Also note that I’ve had the same sandwich from different locations without issue. It is not the employees fault for this!

Had to be some of the worst customer service i've ever had. Repeatedly got my order. Was too busy talking to a coworker. And then was talking under her breath and said that's why I asked you twice. Told her 3 times what I wanted the order to be. And she still rung me up and gave me the wrong sandwich. Anyways won't be going back there no more.

They charge you for double meat but want double the bacon amount. Isn't that false advertising? Last time I checked bacon was a meat.

My family and I got a grilled chicken footlong sandwich on Italian bread. We ordered a plethora of vegetables. The meal was large and tasty. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the price was higher than I expected at over ten dollars ($10.00), but unfortunately, that is what inflation today is all about.
