Second time in a month with the incorrect order. Worst part is having to waste an hour of time driving back there to have them correct. When arriving you see staff with beats headsets on and the staff in complete disarray. Gm is Jason and is of course not on staff and they did not refund the order even though they wasted
Update: got my replacement order and it’s still wrong and missing items!!! How can you not get this right? It’s 5 items ordered, yet only 4 in the bag!!!

I don't think I've ever had a taco bell mess my order up so bad. Everything is stale, missing ingredients, the twists taste like chemicals, missing items... I got 10 items and no one could eat anything it was so bad... almost 40 bucks just to be wasted...

We just went through the drive-through and had the worst experience ever we are 55+ year old adults and ordered two burrito Supremes and a nacho fry we get to the Window and we have two Dorito tacos and fries. We told the gentleman that we ordered two burrito Supremes and he said no you didn’t if that’s what you want you need to drive back around. So we drive back around and get our two burrito Supremes and fries, but we also are charged for the two nacho tacos that we didn’t even order. The young man was obviously out of his mind intoxicated, on drugs, etc I’m not sure what but he is a very bad representative of your company. Order # 409

Literally disappointed every time I go to this location. Takes 45 mins to go through the drive thru. Then once we finally get our food it’s wrong. When I have to go inside to try and get the correct food, the people are rude about remaking it. Drive 15 more mins and go to Farragut or Loudon if you want Taco Bell!

This location is always clean, and the service is quick.
What I do not like is being forced to order from the touch screen. I still prefer speaking to a human, especially if I would like to modify ingredients, etc.
The human services provided for drive-through customers seemed fast & friendly, but I only gave 1 star for service because I put in my order myself and wasn't able to modify anything I would normally been able to do had their been an order counter.

Did a door dash order and taco bell took forever had a bunch of stuff missing, wrong in our box and put tomatoes on my mother's meal even those she requested no tomatoes, they could have killed her since she allergic. Taco bell needs to get their act together

Placed a pick up order. Got home with it and everything in the bag was wet. The burrito was burnt. The chicken tenders were tiny and over cooked. I called he said he would take care of our order. So I sent my kids to get it and they would only redo the burrito. Not all the wet items or the tiny half a chicken tenders over cooked
