I like Taco Bell but miss the interaction with personnel. Orders can only be made through kiosks. Absence of full menu makes it difficult to select preferences. Must scroll through screens to find items similar to desired item. Price of meal has increased dramatically.

We have moved to this area over 2 years. NEVER have they ever gotten all the items we ordered in the bag. We believe they are told not to for cost savings. Skip this store. It’s awful.

Don’t GO HERE!!Where do I start!!! That’s was the worst Taco Bell around!!!! The workers was yelling cussing and screaming like just goofing off took forever for my food and when I say for ever I mean 40 min and it was cold and it wasn’t flavorful. Something needs to be done that’s horrible and works are so rude and the just throw food at each other and something must be done don’t go here!

Worst Taco Bell location around. I typically drive an extra couple miles to hit the one in Farragut, which is way better than this Lenoir City location. I placed a Grab and Go order way ahead of time as we were going to be passing by. Order was ready 20 minutes after estimated time and we got to see a live cockroach on the floor while waiting. This location has been struggling for years.

What they put in the burritos and quesadillas is significantly less than other Taco Bells in the area. This is consistently happening.
In taco bell mood and go and NO hard shell tacos, no rice and every packet of sauce is .20 cents uncharged. Won't be coming back

I'm so sorry but food was cold the cashier appeared angry 😡 because I requested a military discount they were upset because me requesting a military discount put their drive thru line abit behind!! 😡 The drive thru took forever even before I got to order my food and discount! Food was actually very cold not a little but very cold and Mexican pizza 🍕 isn't good cold they didn't offer taco sauce so of course I forgot to ask already holding up the line when we got home we didn't have any taco sauce at all I wasn't about to go back for it ! So sorry 😔 I feel bad saying the truth 😭
