First warning. Be sure to check your food before you leave the drive through. I ordered a Dave's Double and a large order of fries. I tasted a fry as I pulled away, and it was already cool and mushy. In other words, they were old and probably had been setting under the heat lamp. But that was only the beginning. When I got home, I gave my wife her Dave's Double that was supposed to have tomato, pickles, and lettuce, and no cheese, and no mayo since she transfers the content to her gluten free buns. The Double had only one beef paddy, cheese, soaking and dripping in mayo. She fixed herself a ham sandwich and did nnot eat the fries. Definitely a bad experience.

I ordered 2 double stack burgers and 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers 3 with no tomato and mayonnaise the burgers I never did even get the double stacks then I take my wrong order back to the store they watched me open the food and touch it to see which ones had mayonnaise and tomatoes then took it back and they get it wrong again this Wendy’s is horrible.

Went to Wendy’s and the lady on the intercom was very rude and annoyed that we kept adding. My kids even noticed it. Don’t give the customers attitude if you don’t like your job.

Me and my friend were walking up to the doors excited to endulge in a lovely Wendy's meal, keep in mind it was only 10:59 PM. As soon as we shut the car engine off the employees all hid in the back. Confused, me and my friend pulled on the right door— LOCKED. Next, the left door— locked as well. The employees made eye contact as we slowly walked away in dismay. Their hours posted on the building claimed they were open until midnight. Their hours posted online were until 1 AM. We were very disappointed and ended up down the road at a McDonald's which treated us with the upmost respect. I will NOT be returning. Wendy's you just lost a loyal customer.

I want the sweet and sour sauce back. Whole reason I came here. It's my favorite sauce, and now it's gone. Why can't we have both that and the sweet chili? I guess screw the people that don't always want spicy sauces. Wendy's sweet and sour was legendary like BK BBQ, McDonald's ranch, Zaxby's Zax Sauce, or Chick-fil-A sauce & Polynesian. This is like sacrificing first born in order to raise the new one. Stupid. This sauce was part of the Wendy's identity. In fact, bring it back in the round cup. Man, every fast food restaurant in 2025 is just determined to take all my favorite food items away. Covid was the worst price hike and item cut excuse ever, and things have been going downhill for food since. Start listening instead of letting the marketing team try whatever they want. Someone show this to corporate. Someone there has their own head stuck where the sun doesn't shine, because this might be the dumbest decision Y'all have ever made.

Long wait, didn’t get my drink till after 10 minutes food was to go and got like 10 fries. 2 other times I didn’t get a sandwich and the other time I got a sandwich I didn’t ask for it’s like employees don’t care
I got of work later than I thought so we decided on wendys at 1130 tonight 5-8-25. the spicy chicken sandwich was excellent as well as the classic chicken and baconator. Great service as well nice and pleasant

The girls in the drive through do not want to take the order. Pretty convinced they are trying to be rude enough to you upon ordering that you’ll drive off. Plenty of options / competitors on that strip, so many that won’t return.

Got my 5 year old daughter a chicken nugget kids meal with honey mustard they gave her ghost pepper ranch instead. Then my boyfriend got a baconator with no sauces and they put mayo on it, which he’s allergic to.
