The food was pretty good, just what you would expect from a fast food wing joint. $16 for 10 wings and fries seems pricey. 2 stars for the wait! 20 minutes standing in their dining room on a slow Sunday afternoon waiting for my food. Whole place and experience is just very underwhelming.

So gross. My wings were overcooked and dry and barely sauced yet the takeout box was completely full with oil! The frying oil! It is now drying like bacon grease. Fries were soggy and undercooked so explain that. Worst wings Ive ever had but most expensive.
Update: my kids and husband who still braved through the nastiest, all have terrible stomach cramps now. Ugh when will these businesses take pride in their name!?

The food is good, the service is good as is the atmosphere. So why the one star ? I guess Wingstop has determined very beneficial for business to raise their prices on their food. I just chicken wings are now considered rich man food. I'm not paying 25 to $30 just for 20 wings and french fries. There are restaurants in my town that also have chicken wings. They are better tasting and cheaper.

Bit my boneless slash tender because I’m not sure what it was it was so full of grease I choked. The presentation is horrible the tenders were half sauced I asked for extra lemon pepper rub and there are about 2 pepper flakes that I can see my plain tenders are so dried up I can’t bounce a coin off of them. Overall disappointment is the word for today. I don’t think I’ll be returning I’ll just got Buffalo Wild Wings next time for dinner after a long work day.

The actual wings were good, but it would’ve been better if I actually received all the wings that I ordered. Ordered and picked up an order for my mom’s birthday. When I got home to set out the orders, I noticed I was shorted 6 wings. I would do an inventory before walking out.

Tried calling and was on hold forever, they never answered after two attempts. No resolution capable this route.

Scheduled a pick up time, and they were even late by 7-10 minutes from the pick-up time.

I got there early, ahead of my time, and sat at one of their 4 tables. It was an absolute mess. Sauce, water, and food particles on the whole table. There was someone sitting next to us with the staff looking like they were applying for a position here. So the shift leader visually saw how horrid the table was and they never bothered ensuring their staff are wiping down the 1 of 4 tables after the previous guests.

Oh yea, so I trusted good service and left a tip when I ordered online. Well, they got their tip and I got a bad experience. I rather take the extra time and effort to go to another location.

Moving on.

Food took 45 to get after ordering! Customer came in cussing and causing a seen over being there an hour waiting on food cause they cleared it out and forgot their food. Tables where so nasty food wasnt even fresh after waiting that long their complaint was they didn't have enough workers there to help. But had 5 people and half was outside smoking or on phones! Will not go back to this location. Wish I could give zero stars for this location! They don't deserve even 1 star. I left since my children were with me and everyone cussing and acting out didnt even eat the 46 dollars in food we got! Was so nasty

Horrible place, one young gentleman was trying to work fryers by himself while 4 other employees were in the back laughing and joking around, they saw me up front and still took 15 minutes for someone to take my order, absolutely awful service. The need to drop the kids working there and get a actual staff of working people

Juliana was very attentive and nice at the cash register! The wings were great. The downside of this restaurant is the wait time between ordering food and actually receiving. Maybe expect food to take 30+ minutes. However, if you order ahead to account for that time, then you could place a mobile order and it be ready when you get there! Other than that, it was pretty good.

Went to Wingstop on June 8th. We've been in several time. There is usually a small wait. Dakota greeted us and took out order. He was very professional and kind. We have not always been treated this way at this Wingstop. Food was great and ge checked on us a few times to be sure we had a good experience. Ge deserves a raise!
