The young man Jeremy L who took our order was very outgoing and friendly and he showed a real interest in his job u could tell he cared about the job he was doing there is not many young people like that anymore if u don’t believe me just go to McDonald’s and see how many are on there phones and getting your order wrong. Keep up the good work Jeremy L an Zaxbys management i will be very disappointed if i don’t see this young man in a shit lead working towards management position soon!

Ordered through door dash, it was supposed to be 4 orders of the chicken nibbler sandwiches, only to get 2 orders of them…and the loaded chicken fries had this green moldy thing, gross

Possibly the worst Zaxby's I've been too. Took 10 minutes at the counter for me to order. Then I ordered a niblers meal and asked for no sauce on the sandwiches and then they put sauce on the sandwiches. Also the fries were cold and they had bad spots all over the fries.

There’s a guy that works there that told people everyone even him that works there flip cockroaches in the boilers and in the food and tells people he never washes his hands after he uses the restroom I don’t know if it’s just me that thinks that is discussing but it is and they need to be fired immediately

This restaurant is mismanaged. The wait is always too long. The cashier is sweet as can be, but it shouldn't take 20 minutes for a 20 piece family meal.
