I go here pretty much every day for lunch and it is always a great experience with great food.

Both ladies at the drive thru ate absolutely your best employees!!! I work right beside there and go all the time and they are so nice and professional they keep your customers happy they need a raise! They are two older ladies and they deserve it❤️🎄

Do not waste your time going to this restaurant. Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes not one employee was insight no one ever came to take my order management does not schedule enough employees to cover the store a waste of time would not recommend that restaurant at all!!!!!!

Today 08/04/2025- today I had a great experience. Ordered in the app, pulled through drive through 4 mins after “will be ready by” time. Received all my order without a wait. All was fresh and good! I hope this is the experience we get to continue in Lenoir City.

Ps- I never did reach out to anyone in the below other then through the customer service for the app who stated would pass my message along. I do appreciate the response from the company.

Ordered on the app pick up time was 7:20 PM. Walked in at 7:20. Food was not on the pick up shelf however I was ask my name. I gave them my name for 22 minutes before I asked if my food would be done soon. One girl said oh my goodness it’s right here and it was sitting behind the counter. I had ordered two large strawberry lemonades. I was handed lemonade. I stated I don’t want Lemonade. The order was for strawberry lemonade. The girl said you’re the door driver and you don’t want the lemonade? I said no, I am The paying Customer. She said we were out of strawberry lemonade. I said well I don’t want them. I would like a refund. She said I will get a manager. The manager came over quickly told me there was no way to refund it. Talk to somebody else, came out with two dishes of strawberries, syrup, and strawberries in her hand. She offered to mix the strawberries in the syrup in front of me. I allowed her to do so. I thought it was very unhappy as my food have been sitting there for some time and it was probably cold. I said I don’t understand why I didn’t have strawberry lemonade to begin with if you are able to make them there at the counter. She said I am not sure I am sorry. I then asked her what was going on because there were staff members everywhere and it wasn’t very busy, but everything seemed very chaotic. I then get home to find out. There’s no ranch sauce for the fried pickles and the cheese curds that were ordered. My food is cold. I have eaten at this location many times as I have several rewards on my app. But I’m not sure. I’ll be visiting anytime again soon. It was an incredibly awful experience. And a very expensive one for a very cold meal without everything you asked for.

In all honesty the chicken tastes like it’s cooked in burnt oil the fries have dropped significantly in quality the only good thing is the sauce and it still can’t make the chicken edible

They're good is consistently good but service suffers during the evening shift. Multiple times I've ordered extra sauces or a special modification and didn't get them during the evening. It's still probably the best place to get wings in LC though.

Don’t go here if you have a food allergy!

The employees were friendly, but that's where the positive stops. The food was the worst Zaxbys I've ever had. I placed my order and before I walked to the soda machine and got ice they were calling my name. That seemed exceptionally fast. I figured out the reason they are so fast is they keep the food prepared and dunk it in the frier again to re-heat. The fries were barely luke warm and the chicken tenders seemed like they were 2 days old and well over cooked. I would assume this because they were cooked and re-heated via oil again.

Without a doubt the worst Zaxbys I’ve ever been to. They forgot my sauce and they were very rude. No manners at all.. no how are you doing or anything. Very disappointing.

The ONLY Zaxbys I’ve been to in 20+ years that won’t give you a small side cup of fry seasoning if you ask. Even said I would pay, but was told no. The girl offered to put extra seasoning on the fries and that definitely didn’t happen.

Brooklyn at the Lenoir City location is SO sweet & attentive to customers! She stands out when it comes to customer service and customer interaction, which isn’t always easy to find when it comes to people in her age category from my experience! Keep up the great work, Brooklyn, and you’ll really be going places!!! 😃
