“So, our food was absolutely fine. Here's some big observations though. Let's start with training. Management was very disorganized and visibly distraught. When we walked in the lobby had two gentlemen waiting, both online orders and both had complaints that their orders had been taking over 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were very upset. They were short staffed but disorganized a d the manager kept yelling for the employees to figure things out and she would walk into the open office and just sit and say she didn't know what to do. Not good for the public eye but she, along with the employees present could be trained properly on how to handle confusion and chaos and this problem could be simplified. I'm not sure how each store is owned or operated but someone should step in and correct this and this establishment would be great.
KFC should always be a good exterior a customer and not a dreaded thought as a last option.“

“The reason I gave 5 stars- even though my order got messed up twice- the managers and staff always pull through to fix the mistake on top of they replace the whole order even if nothing was wrong- So your not eating cold food! We want to give a shout out to managers Jennifer and Jessica and the front crew McKenzie and Brianna, you make our experience worth the wild and no matter how busy it is you guys always carry a smile and our polite. More fast food industry, you should Follow your lead not only are you pushing productivity, but ensuring quality and quality is not met. You make sure that it is.. You never give a hard time about proving that the food was not made correctly. You just fix it. Which is a rare thing nowadays. Hats off to the best fast food place in Lewisburg Tennessee! You truly put the customers first! Attention Zaxby’s corporation this staff needs to be Recognize for excellent customer service and given a Reward for the outstanding job they do! Appreciate that this Crew and Managers represent Zaxby’s to the fullest!“
