So, our food was absolutely fine. Here's some big observations though. Let's start with training. Management was very disorganized and visibly distraught. When we walked in the lobby had two gentlemen waiting, both online orders and both had complaints that their orders had been taking over 30 minutes. Both gentlemen were very upset. They were short staffed but disorganized a d the manager kept yelling for the employees to figure things out and she would walk into the...

KFC deserves a full 5 stars for their outstanding service and quality. The online ordering process was incredibly easy and convenient. The store itself was spotless, reflecting their commitment to cleanliness. The employees were friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more pleasant. And of course, the food was tasty and offered great value. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish!

Really nice people, great service, they forgot the sauces and when I asked for them again they gave me 2 for 12 tenders, and half of them were old, so always ask for fresh food and let them know you don't mind the wait
