I came back and did dine in with my family. We went on 8/15/26 around 4:25. It wasn't very busy. We were first there and then there were 3 people awaiting orders after us. This should've been a quick meal but it was anything but that. We waited 40 min for 3 meals and 2 drinks. Unacceptable. I would have gotten better service at a dine in restaurant. Simply terrible sanitation. The dirtiest restaurant in Henderson county Tennessee.
Honestly it was the worst experience with Taco Bell in a while. It was my first time there and I literally sat in line for 35 minutes. I got the 2 chalupa 1 burrito meal. The burrito was fine. But the chalupas had been wrapped together in one foil wrap and when I opened it nothing was intact. Its like they devided to throw em around the store b4 giving them to me. Taco Bell is a hit-or-miss experience. While some orders come out correct and great, others are often messed up. The Cravings value menu is a highlight, and the return of the 7 layer burrito for a limited time has excited customers. However, inconsistent service and portioning issues bring down the overall experience. The staff seems more focused on the drive-through than the inside lobby, but they still manage to serve food in a reasonable amount of time. Parking is generally not a problem, and the restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
