I haven't been to the brick and mortar location...yet. But a couple of weeks ago I bought a pound of the whole bean coffee. This morning I ground some up and made a couple of cups of the smoothest, richest, most soul-soothing coffee I have ever had. I'm now sitting on my front porch with a cup and watching it rain. THIS is what coffee is all about. I got mine at #richlandparkfarmersmarket
Best fresh roasted in house coffee! Great vibes!
So so good! A little bit of a wait but worth it! Will be back! Support local!!!
It's a great place in Dickson for a cup of coffee with delicious menu options. It's been a relaxing place to use the WIFI while I wait for Ignite's internet service to actually ignite!
My wife, younger son & I would come here for breakfast 3 to 5 days a week for 6 - 9 months in late 2022, early 2023. We loved the atmosphere and the breakfast bowl. Considering our frequency and the We stopped eating here about 6 months ago because the last 3 experiences we had with food and service were abysmal. We would occasionally come in for coffee, but the last 3 or 4 experiences we had, just for coffee, were equally bad. Today broke the camel's back and we will never be back. My son and I are both very allergic to dairy. We get quite sick. My son accidentally forgot to tell the kid working the counter for oat milk. Once the drink was made, my son took a little sip and realized it was dairy. He apologized profusely and asked the young guy behind the counter if he'd please make another with oat milk. The kid behind the counter told him he'd charge my son and that he'd have to wait a while, because, although there wasn't another person in the cafe when we came in, 3 or 4 people had since come in. While this was probably my son's mistake, he and I both have, rarely, made this mistake before. NEVER has a business told us they'd charge us for the mistake. To make matters worse, I'd tipped the punk kid 20%. When my son came back to the table and told me about his interaction, I went up to the kid behind the counter and asked if he'd please make another coffee, without charge. He refused. I asked again. He refused. He said the owner is strict and has rules and he won't bend them. I asked him for a pen and told him I was going to give him my name and number and ask Amanda (I believe that's the owner's name, I've spoken with her a number of times in the past). He refused to take my number. To add even more insult to injury, the punk behind the counter was arrogant, condescending and patronizing. So... to save $0.25 on a cup of coffee, this business has now many lost hundreds of dollars in our business, as we will never again come here, even for coffee.
Pumphrey and Beard is a local coffee company where they roast their own coffee beans in-house. Their drinks are delicious as well as the food! You won’t be disappointed that you stopped by for a drink or food!
