The food we ordered was brought out fast enough, but the steak had zero flavor, hard to cut, the baked potato was old and had a rotten place in it and the roll, I could have busted a window out with it. it is unfortunate that since Wayne has passed that place has gone down hill. I was hoping for better and that's why I gave it a 2nd try
Still love it. New owner made it slightly more expensive. Food's still great.
I’ve been to Wayne’s on many occasions and sometimes it’s good but lately it has not been. Today they were out of my first 2 selections so I settled for a hamburger steak. I was supposed to have grilled opinions and mushrooms in it and it did, about 5 mushroom slices and 5 pieces of grilled onion. It barely covered a silver dollar size portion of the burger. The breaded mushrooms appetizer and fried pickles are also really good. With outdoor seating available, it's a fantastic spot for lunch or dinner. The service is top notch, with servers like Alexis and Matt being funny, efficient, and friendly. The smash burger with bacon and jam sauce offers a unique taste, while the wings are absolutely delicious and very well cooked. Looking forward to your next meal there!
