Very good food, salad bar was huge and very fresh!
the reason for my review is on May 9th I called that morning to 1806 requesting a catered order. by 1:30 my order was done as scheduled. the food that I ordered was for approximately 25 to 30 people for a funeral. the portion I received was for approximately 40 or 50 if not more. the potato salad was also made fresh for us. I'm forever grateful for the hospitality that 1806 done for us. everyone loved the potato salad and at all. thank you so much for the hospitality once again

1806 BBQ is a quaint little BBQ restaurant on the historic Livingston town square, adjoined with an antique store. The food is absolutely amazing, great, and delicious. Specific highlights include the fantastic shoulder, some of the best BBQ pork and brisket, and wings that are to die for. The BBQ Nachos are absolutely amazing. Sides like baked beans and mayo slaw are also loved. The salad bar is excellent, the best in town, and includes grilled chicken. The staff is always nice and service is great. The atmosphere is quiet.
However, the atmosphere needs some changes due to issues with grease-laden air from the fryers filling the space, which can affect the experience. A few more two-seat tables would also be nice. Happy hour is every day from 2-4 with reasonable prices. Despite the air quality concern, the food and service make it a highly recommended stop on the square where people plan to return.
