I ordered on the app to get food faster and had to wait a long time still. The board said our food was on the way and 10 minutes later it hadn't arrived. We pushed the red button and got no response before it finally cut off, so I called the phone number and they said they were really busy and it's probably on its way and hung up on me.

slow service absolutley no interaction food is under par extremely and took three times to get it correct
