Be careful, the prices on the menu are not what they charge, they are overcharging the customers, and not even telling you about it.

Food is bland it taste like they went to food city next door and got a box of the cheap brand lasagna stuck it in the microwave and then put it on a plate. The bread is horrible. Spaghetti taste like water for marinara service sucked. I will not ever go back in there. I’ve been there twice trying to give them a second Chance, hoping that it was just a bad day the first time but this time was the last time it was the exact same experience, horrible service, horrible food I don’t eat fast food but I would rather have Taco Bell than sit thorough another meal at this place……

Delicious food! Got the chicken parmigiana and my husband got the chicken Alfredo pizza he was a huge fan of it, we had the tiramisu for dessert that was my personal favorite!! Wonderful service as well I would highly recommend going here.

We eat here fairly regularly and the food has always been delicious and reasonably priced, and the service is also good. Typically we get a large pizza and the sampler platter, just so we can have plenty of leftovers (which reheat well).

I want to like this place but they make it so hard! The last 3 visits were bad. And they never run any heat or air! I bet their dining room is 45 degrees. They don't like to take cards, then charge you to use it is that's all you have.
1) Went in today with a couple of co-workers. Ordered off the lunch menu. My drink came out, then my salad about 40 minutes later. Well over an hour later I still didn't have my lunch-sized lasagna, and my co-worker still didn't have his calzone. I paid for my salad and drink and left.
2) My wife and I were there. She ordered the lunch alfredo. The noodles were hard (not a little firm) all clumped together, and the sauce tasted sour. We told the lady but she just kinda smiled and shrugged. My wife was very sick the next day. Not saying that was the issue, but the two did line up.
3) I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza on my lunch break. The lady brought me pepperoni and sausage. Not wanting to complain or have to wait AGAIN, I started to eat it. I was halfway finished and the lady came to inform me that she brought me the wrong pizza and I would have to pay 2 extra dollars since I had only ordered pepperoni. I felt like her mistake shouldn't cost me.

Try somewhere else. We brought our family here.. it was freezing inside, the blue cheese dressing on the salad was yellow and sour.. We mentioned something and they just left it in front of my husband.. The meat raviolis were on top of spaghetti. Noodles on top of noodles? 👀.

All ground would not recommend.

This was my third and last try at this restaurant. I drove 45 minutes for the lunch spaghetti special, the restaurant was extremely cold inside, evidently their heat system what's not working. The two tables that I tried were very wobbly, the pasta in my very small portion of baked spaghetti was dried out and very hard. I always get good food and good service at the Sweetwater location but I will not go back to this one again.

Good food. Calzones are awesome. Gave it 3 stars because the cashier looks at me and said, oh your paying with a card, we prefer cash, so I gave him a $100 bill and he ask me do you have anything smaller. My response was no, if you want cash instead of debit cards, take what I have.He took the $100 bill and acted like he was pissed off when he gave me my change. Once again food is not the issue, the little guy who rings you up is.

This place is so good! All 5 of us enjoyed our meals. From the calzones, to the pasta, it was incredible. Would recommend this gem in London!

I ordered a large Pizza. It was done on time. Did not have all the toppings that I had ordered, very little toppings of what I did order. So they proceeded to put the other toppings on top of the original Pizza and recook it.
