Had a long day had to come to London because Sweetwater was packed with their 150th anniversary celebration. Nice little place good food but right in the middle of my meal our server started vacuuming with the loudest stick vacuum I’ve ever heard!
Setting; Tuesday evening/5 adults. Clean, brightly lit restaurant, with few customers. We brought a bottle of red and accepted the $3 per person corkage fee. No wine glasses were offered. A limited number of beers were on the menu including the Italian Peroni. We started with Cheese bread with tomato and that was a good start. Veal Piccata, Shrimp Scampi, Florentine, Saltimbocca - all arrived fresh, hot, and about the same time. We agreed the pasta was fresh and well prepared....
The service was good and the staff was friendly. I love their Gamberi Shrimp Scampi. Their turkey sandwich is also good. We always get a Caesar salad to go with our meal. I must say their Caesar salad is one of my favorites. An appetizer of bread is offered with any meal.
