Don’t normally like to leave bad reviews but tonight was pretty ridiculous. They left all of the sauce and mozzarella cheese off our pizza. The only kind of cheese on there is feta. Not sure how that happens 🤔but when he called it took him 20 minutes just to speak to the manager Cristian. Explained our food arrived barely warm and looked dried out, along with the sauce and cheese being left off. He did not care in the slightest. Placed an order online. Website stated order would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived to pick it up and was told it would be an hour. Could either st an wait or come back. We chose to get a refund. When I called to speak to a manager, he told me they were very busy and the internet couldn't get up. He really didn't care. These places want you to either order by the internet or the app. If they give the wrong times, then someone should be on the phone calling the customer.
