Good morning. My name is Mike. I have never called into or emailed a customer complaint until now. This specific restaurant has had some serious problems with customer service as well as many other issues. This morning, as I got to the speaker in the drive through, the young man answered asking if I had a code to use. I said yes. Before I could even start my order, I was told that the Frappuccino machine was not working due to it having to be cleaned. This was one of the things I wanted to order. In fact, every time I go to this particular establishment their machine is ALWAYS down due to cleaning. People get up early in the morning to go to work and would like a coffee/Frappuccino so one would think that this certain machine would be cleaned the night before as the store was closing. Maybe that makes too much sense, I don't know. Secondly, I ordered 2 biscuits and some strawberry jelly at the drive thru. The person at the speaker taking my order was very much not with the program of taking orders correctly, not to mention he had no personality. After taking my order, things on the screen were not right. He said he would fix them internally and to go ahead and pull to the next window. When I arrived at said window, I was handed a bag of what should have been my meal. I always check in my bag to be sure that everything is correct. IT'S NEVER CORRECT, NEVER!!! I was missing the jelly like always, and not to mention when I opened my bag, my biscuits were not even wrapped. Like whom the heck does not care enough about their job to not wrap the food correctly and as it should be??? This was upsetting to say the least. I handed the bag back to the person at the window and watched her give it to two other people, one being the manager. They both proceeded to take my biscuit out of the bag without any gloves on and wrap it with the paper like it should have been in the 1st place. I don't care who you are, but this would upset anyone that is ordering food from anywhere, including YOU! Everyone has bad days, and I understand that, but this is where I draw the line. In this day and world, everyone is complaining about not getting paid enough at their jobs, especially fast-food workers. Most of which probably get paid way more than they should be getting paid. If you can't take pride in your work, then maybe you should just stay home and play video games in your momma's basement. The first time something like this happened, I chalked it up to the people working were just having an off day. Sadly, I would soon find out that this is not the case. This particular McDonald's is the closest one to my workplace, so it makes sense that if I wanted to get a quick coffee or meal on my way to work, I would go to this one and not go to another one that would be miles away. DO BETTER! This has become the norm nowadays. The amount of money you charge for anything on the menu is so much more now, but the quality of service is SO MUCH LESS. WHY??? I would like for someone to get back to me on this email so that I know it was read and taken seriously. I will also be doing a Google review. Sat in the LOBBY not even the drivethru for 50 minutes, finally recieved my food just for it be wrong, I tell the person on front counter the manager Alex and he just walks away and sends another girl. There were people waiting on food after me who came in with me, people with messed up orders. And on top of it a little girl in the back wanted to make fun of me when I got upset. I've said it before but I mean it this time I will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Best believe corporate/management is gonna be called.

Drive thru order. The pup cup was probably better than my food. The fries were a glob of undercooked mush. Burger was slightly better. Go to a different McDonald's.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to order in the drivethru, was asked to wait a moment, literally 4 min go by, 2 people leave behind me. Drive-thru chick wont respond. I go in and order and complain, the boy literally ignores my complaint and ask if thats all. I said yes. Finally get my ice cream cone and leave. Worst customer service ever, even for teenagers. Do better training Mcdonalds.

Did drive through twice this week. They were out of coke and then burgers. Yet wanted to charge me more for less! No viable substitution offered

I go here because it's the closest to my house but to be honest I believe in the last 10 times I've been there they have gotten my order right twice. Even tonight I ordered a double quarter pounder plain and still the people can't read their own printers and it wasn't plain. This is a constant problem with this McDonald's.

This place was nasty you could see trash on the floor and fries all messy. Was given the wrong food. The time was definitely too much for what I ordered. Coming here I excepted better but, since it’s just McDonalds didn’t expect much from the beginning.Overall not satisfied hope y'all can find some better management.

I frequent this McDonald's every day when I work 12hr shifts because it's on my way home. Today was the worst curbside experience I've had. When I got to the McDonald's, I had to wait around 20 min before my food came out. Sometimes orders come out in less than 4 min, which is how it should be for curbside orders. But today, nope. When my food finally came out, I saw on the receipt that my food was sitting for 13 min before they brought it out. They need some new management or something. Because this is crazy.

I placed an order for 1 double hamburger. I stood inside for 20 minutes while watching car after car pull through the drive through. It does not take that long to make a single burger, no fries no drink just a simple order. It's pathetic.

Absolutely terrible! They don’t deserve any stars at all. After sitting in the drive thru for what seemed like forever, with absolutely ZERO cars in front of me, I say into the speaker “HELLO…ARE YOU READY”?? And the rudeness I was met with was quite astounding. Some young punk was extremely rude over the speaker. I pull up to the window and sit and sit and sit….finally someone comes back and says to pull up to the next window. Where said rude young punk snatched my debit card out of my hand. I asked to speak to a manager. He refused and told me he was the manager; which I knew was a bold faced lie. I sat there and watched him, a young girl with dirty blonde hair in a bun and a young Hispanic girl laugh and make fun me. After waiting 20 minutes for 4 Carmel frap’s, 1 McGriddle and 1 biscuit and gravy, I finally pulled away. Got down the road, had no straws. Turned around and went back to get them. Totally ignored at the counter. I had to lean all the way over the counter and hollar at someone to help me. I get back out to the car and down the road and my McGriddle is not a McGriddle , it’s a plain biscuit which I am certain was done on purpose. I turned around and went back in. I tossed the biscuit on the counter and said “this is supposed to be a McGriddle”. I was verbally insulted and was named called by the young girl with dirty blonde hair. Luckily we know the Faris family and will be in touch with them!

25 minutes for a double cheeseburger and still had to just get my money back. Looked and the jack wagon kid at the front didn’t even refund it right. Never go here.
