I just ordered through the app and went to pickup my order there my food was cold and when asked about it being heated up cause who eats cold food or cheese they had terrible attitude especially the girl with black curly hair I will definitely not be back they didn't even provide a fork for the protein bowls

This will probably be out last time at this Subway. The last few times we have come here, they have been out of SOMETHING we wanted. When asked why they didn't call me BEFORE I got here to pick my order up, I was told they couldn't. Which I KNOW for a fact is a lie, bc in the past, they have called to let us know they were out of something & what we would like for a substitute. THEN when I asked for a refund, bc they never have what we want, I was told they couldn't give me a refund from the cash register, I would have to wait until morning when the manager was on duty. Um, no! If I want a refund, you will give it to me now. But, it was late & we were hungry, so I just ordered another sandwhich. However, mine was supposed to be toasted, it wasn't even WARM. I DO NOT recommend this subway AT ALL.

The server would not talk loud enough for us to hear her. They were out of the $5.00 foot long cookie & churro was awful. The two sandwiches we got were great. I won't get mine toasted again it made it crunchy.

Taking away my beloved Spicy Italian was the last straw. If I'm paying 14$ for a sub meal I'll just go eat at a local place and pay the little bit more.

We frequent this location on a regular basis. We have had few problems. The issues I had today were my toasted sandwich was only toasted on one side. I don’t blame the employees. It had to be the toaster. Next my husband and I wanted to try the pretzel and churro. They were both to hard. I had to pull pieces off the pretzel in order to eat it. I couldn’t eat what I paid for. Also the spicy Italian was renamed to make customers have to search for it. I guess they changed it to sound like a new sandwich. It’s the same sandwich. Mozzarella cheese is no longer an option.

I pulled up to come inside at 1050 which was early. The employee quickly ran up and locked the doors making odd gestures. Then I went through the drive through where he took out order and at the window he became upset bc the driver had to reach behind him to get the money and slammed the sandwich down between the window and then seemed irritated to finally hand the sandwiches over. He also had someone a non worker with him as he locked the door. At the end he made a dramatic scene by locking the window right after he handed the sandwich. It was one hour until close for drive through. Absolutely incompetent as a customer service representative.

Haven't been to the location yet pass by it several times/week. Attempted reaching a "live" person today using voice prompts during normal business hours and zilch for any response. Sad! I realize being "busy" and having limited staff but seriously folks...can't pick up the phone?

I hate saying anything because I don’t like to complain but I placed a pick up order and when I picked it up the lady making my sub had such a bad attitude, didn’t greet or even look up at me just showing me that she’s aware or even cares if a customer came in (it was completely empty and the coworkers were talking about having to restrain someone at a previous job) then when I said I was there for pick up she threw the sub in the bag on the counter and said “there you go, you can go get your own drink” with such a nasty attitude… like I don’t know what you have going on in your life but even when I’m having a bad day I smile through it and don’t take it out on the customers… her attitude was so bad I felt the need to say something. It’s probably why this place was so empty… WHERE ARE THE OWNERS?? I am just now seeing all the same reviews about the same lady who made my experience terrible. Here’s a tip, lower her pay until she learns to be professional. IT GETS EVEN WORSE BECAUSE THE SUB was so BAD.

There Their food is not bad but the entrance pulling in is extremely rough you'll throw your whole front end out of an alignment.

Food was prepared correctly.A staff of 3 helped at the counter which should have been great, however, the Young lady in the middle was R.U.D.E as all get out.It appeared that she was angry at a co-worker.Here's a tip......Be professional at all times!Customer SV Counts!Leave ALL Issues to be discussed behind closed doors ?
