“This young lady is awesome from the time we walked in . The time we left, she was great nice respectful funny she is a great waitress. Food is on fire. I could not finish it all because of this big milkshake. The young lady that makes the milkshake she was great also her and the other lady had a bet I could not finish the shake but I did. Really friendly place. It has a really cool setup. They have a variety of board games to play while you wait on your food and old arcade games. A place we will be going back to.Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kids they enjoy the kids coming in.”

“We, my crew and I, are niche carpenters, and travel extensively throughout the South, and mid-west. We’re in a new rural town every week. We work hard to find local eateries, especially breakfast. The Country Kitchen is one of the best we’ve found in a while. The crew voted it best biscuits, and the gravy was good as well. We also got takeout pie both mornings for second breakfast. All-in-all, two thumbs up!”

“LOVE THIS PLACE! Trivia Tuesday is where it's at. Starts at 7 but get there early to get a table if you have a big group. Also BOGO Margheritas on Tuesday as well. So, just understand there will be adults having fun with drinks, if you bring kids. I usually get their chili poblanos dinner or try their steak melanesa (Mexican version of country fried steak) yummy ?. The staff is always on point! They also offer some regular specialties that are not on the menu.”

“We ordered for the first timetoday. Hawaiian pizza, Bacon Cheeseburger pizza, and Cinnamon sticks! Everything was cooked to order, the flavor was awesome, the crust is really good too! The Cinnamon sticks were also delicious. Thank you for the great customer service to the 2 ladies that took our phone order, prepared our food, had it ready on time, and checked us out with a smile. We will definitely be ordering again. They have many more items to choose from on the menu. YUM!!!”

“I ordered the steak fajita nachos with mushrooms. They were amazing! Service was great too! We even had FREE entertainment! It did get a little dicey though. The older gentleman was being yelled at by a woman in Spanish and then they took the argument outside. They argued some more when the older gentleman came back inside, the woman through a piece of paper at him and he locked the front door on her so she couldn't come back inside. He eventually unlocked the door after she called a young gentleman there and they all came inside speaking in Spanish, loudly. They calmed down some before we left the restaurant. Whoever the younger gentleman was, he seemed to hold them accountable. All in all, for food, I would go back again. ?”

“I usually order the pulled smoked chicken, green beans and potato salad with a Banana pudding for dessert and I have never been disappointed. The portions are great and filling and unlike anything you can get in any restaurant in Dickson county. I would highly recommend you go to Meeks Avenue or the food truck anytime.”

“Such a great spot and a hidden gem! The food is wonderful, we had the ribeye and a burger and fries. They were excellent! Cold beer on draft accompanied by a juke box, pool table, and darts. You can't beat it! They owners were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!”
