One of best experiences. Recommend you to make a reservation before you go. Weekends could be busier. You will get to taste 6 different whiskeys in your tour. Nicely arranged and lot of photo opportunities, your guide will let you know when to and when not to take pictures while touring. You can buy whiskey from there but if you need to buy a souvenir, you have to walk to general store near distillery. There are several general stores that offer you different items (whiskey flavored fudged-you should try). Visit is well worthy.
Even if you aren't a lover of Jack Daniels as I am, this is such an interesting tour. The history is so awesome.
Great history Jack Daniela is known world wide!! It was nice visit this place. On a Sunday this is ghost town especially in thanksgiving weekend!! Short amount of people in my tour!! Cant ask for something better to end my trip !!! The only thing it was missed from this visit was to snag a cool bottle release in the gift shop!!
The Jack Daniel’s Distillery Tour is absolutely worth every penny! We had an amazing time throughout the tour. Our guide was not only extremely knowledgeable but also hilarious, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A must-try during the tour is the coffee with whiskey—it’s fantastic!
The whiskey tasting at the end of the tour was a highlight. Our guide took us to the original tasting room, which was an incredible experience. We got to sample six different types of whiskey, and each one was unique.
Before leaving, don’t miss the opportunity to purchase a whiskey bottle at the visitor center and have it engraved—such a perfect keepsake!
Very interesting tour. Tour guide (Rooster) was amazing!
English: If you go to Nashville, this should be a must for you (even if you're not a whiskey fan like me). This is part of USA history, it is amazing, it is interesting, and it is fascinating. The tour is really awesome. It shows you the process of everything that needs to be made in order to bottle every single Jack Daniels bottle in the world. Like I said, I'm not really a whiskey fan at all, but that doesn't mean that you will not enjoy the tour and/or the tasting, give it a try, you will totally enjoy it. Completely recommend it.

Such a great experience and so much history. This was a great tour and ask for John T as your tour guide. He was awesome and very engaging. We absolutely loved this tour!
Ask for Rooster as your tour guide. You won’t be sorry, dude is pretty funny and knows a lot about the distillery. Get the jack and coke slushie on the tour. Just do it. Treat yo’ self. The distillery is a cool place, the shuttle service around Lynchburg is good, and the people are all awesome. Nice facility, the gift shop is incredible, they have pretty much everything in the production line for sale, bottle engraving/etching service. It was a great way to spend a day. Caught a tour bus from Nashville via Tennessee whiskey tours. Decent outfit, got us there and back in a timely manner.
I encourage anyone to make the very easy and scenic journey from Nashville, or wherever, to the Jack Daniel's Distillery tour. It is one of the best value tours I have Ever had, or as Jack Daniel said "all goods worth price charged".
Our tour guide Jacob was very knowledgeable, funny and patient! Everyone at the visitor center and hardware store were very polite and helpful.
I was able to get a bottle etched for what I think is an amazing price. Will be a wonderful keepsake for my family member💖
Highly recommend the journey and experience!
I am not a whiskey drinker, but my husband is, so I decided this would be a fun tour.
We had Lea has a tour guide, he made the tour fun and was very informative about all of the history around the property and how the whiskey was made.
At the end we got to do a whiskey tasting, which again, Lea was very informative about what we were drinking.
If you are in Tennessee, this is a must do stop. The town of Lynchburg is very cute too, good food and a lot of shopping.

Judy at the Motlow house is the best! My tour guide was Lisa and she was funny and engaging; it was a great tour. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they do whiskey tastings and sell bottles now! The free shuttle into town was also an awesome bonus. If you're a fan of Jack this is a must see roadtrip from Nashville.
Justin was out tour guide. So informative and excellent sense of humor. Had all my questions answered and left me with a excellent experience. Thank you, Justin! I never knew how to sip my whiskey til today. Highly recommend
Great quick visit to Jack Daniel's!
We went here for a quick stop with some bottles in mind for souvenirs/gifts. Not only were we met with great picture opts and a lot of history but inside The White Rabbit bottle shop we were met with great service!
We went only to purchase bottles. The store is small but it has nice rare bottles so we were a little overwhelmed. Behind the counter was Jorge, I asked for some help with bottle recommendations. Not only did Jorge go above and beyond but he also gave us some history on a few bottle. Jorge then went on to give us great recommendations and some advice on how to enjoy the bottles we decided on. He did all this with smile and very politely. I was really happy that my family and I encountered someone like him. Happy to help and informed on the subject at hand.
Thank you again Jorge for starting this 13 hour trip home off nicely.
It was a spur of the moment decision to stop at Jack's and take the tour and we are so glad we did. We were amazed at how long the tour was and how much you got to see and learn about, especially going inside the buildings to see some of the processes. Our tour guide, Madeline, did a great job. At the end of the tour, we were given the opportunity to participate in a tasting. Even if you are not a whiskey drinker, this is a fun activity where you can take a sip of each blend and taste the differences. Just a note, if you have mobility issues, this may not be the tour for you without checking first to see if they can make accommodations. There was a lot of walking and stair climbing.
Rich history, exacting process and fantastic tour guides. Shout out to Jon T - you are a funny and informational man.
