Went in for two sandwiches. Made nice conversation while sandwiches were being made everything was good until my 75 y/o father's debit card declined. I went to call him outside in the car. That's when one of the workers approached my car and asked if I was coming back. I said yes. I went home which was around 12 minutes away got another debit card and went straight back. When I returned I was told they had thrown the two sandwiches away. It had been around 35 minutes since I left. The two women spoke in Indian to each other then one said we told you to be back in 20 minutes and have two sandwiches in the trash because of you and we won't remake them. No one said anything about being back in 20 minutes. My father was denied a sandwich bc he made a mistake with his debit card and I couldn't make it back in 20 minutes.

Food was inedible, the meatballs on my sub had a super bad odor. I also got a 6 pack cookie box, after reaching the bottom of the box ( I fed the cookies to my kids) there was a LIVE roach in the bottom of the box. I was mortified. We will not be back.

The lady at the counter was extremely unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. When my husband and I requested modifications to our subs, she gave us dirty looks, which was disappointing. You'd expect better customer service from someone who seems to run the store.

Everytime i go to this subway & get sandwiches or pizza for my granbabies.the lady working behind the counter isnt customer friendly.nor can speak understanding english.
She is very stingy when it comes to adding the vegetables on the sandwiches & when putting cheese on pizza.its very little.& if you ask for a little more they wanna charge you.which is ridiculous.the guy that was working there was not like that.he would actually put veggies on the sandwhiches.this subway could for sure use some more friendly working people.there sandwiches isnt cheap by no means.therefore they should give you your money's worth.& not being stingy with there veggies !!

The lady working the counter has no customer service skills. Rude , would not ask how we would like the sandwich. Put shredded cheddar on a sandwich.
Horrible , do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

We’ve been going here on and off for a few years and it’s been ok but my husband went in this afternoon and the main lady we see all the time wasn’t understanding his bread questions for some reason but it’s whatever. I got Garlic Aoli on mine and I always get it like every time. I know what it’s supposed to taste like. It smelled and tasted horrible like it was old or left out all night. Tried calling to get a new sandwich or a refund or something at least. Mainly just to let them know that it was bad. Well apparently they thought we were trying to order even though my husband repeatedly said the sauce was bad. Nothing he said indicated he was trying to order. He told them what time he came in and everything. I will not be back to this one. I’m not sure why we kept going back because the owners aren’t very nice. Fayettevilles is ten times better and will probably be the only one we go to since we’ve never had issues with that one. I would highly recommend going to a good restaurant on the square and support local business. Completely ridiculous.

okay so me and my family went into the Lynchburg subway to get dinner and the worker was very rude. One of our sandwiches had flies swarming it so we just asked to have it remade and he refused to do it with an attitude so one of us didn’t end up getting food. She bunched all of it into the middle of the sandwiches and not spread it out for another. Lastly she was rushing our sandwiches to the point where another sandwich didn’t even get everything that was requested on it bc she was in a hurry. I understand if she was working alone but the fact there was 1 other person there other than us ordering? Why rush and why be rude?

You know there is a reason I don’t work in retail as I would be terrible at it. Having said that though it seems to me you are unnecessarily hindering yourself with that sour puss woman behind the counter. She is worse than I would be. I see no reason to go back.

This was an average experience with the only notable difference being it opened an hour than expected, which would not have been a big deal if we weren't planning on doing breakfast there.I would definitely pick this place to eat over the chinese restaurant located in the same strip.

Unfriendly staff. Sandwiches were very light on the meat. No appreciation for their customers. Asked for sandwiches to be heated and they were barely warm.
