“Haitian food at its best. Bouyon is so good. The fried plantain, beef tasso, and griyo was some of the absolute best ever. If you are in the Nashville area please visit and you will not be disappointed. Will definitely visit again when I am in the area.

“Dream Events & Catering had amazing food and allowed us to make specific requests with ease and accommodations. Although the food was amazing, there were specific issues we did have with their policy's for example, the food could only be left out for 2 hours, and we weren't allowed to take more than the doggy bag they made us home. With the amount we spent on their services, it was shocking that we could not keep or take the food we had paid for. They were great at communicating and always got back quickly via email and phone calls; however, on the event day, a guest requested some food that they had cleared minutes, and the staff said no. My father had to go to the kitchen and get the food to allow it. They are a good caterer with great food, communication, and accommodation; however, with what they are charging, some of their policies need to be reviewed, and the support staff day of should be more supportive.“
“Actual Food was the perfect caterer for my wedding! I wanted something different than the usual chicken dishes, and they delivered! We had mediterranean meatballs, poached salmon, a mac and cheese bar, and late night grilled cheeses! They also did our bartending and created our signature drinks. We had so many comments on how delicious the food and drinks were. They were so flexible with our wedding reschedule (due to covid) and were absolutely professional and fun to work with. Highly recommend!“

“Truly a gem! We love having aloha fish company within walking distance to our house. Their lunches are full of fresh ingredients and you can expect generous portion sizes. The owners are so welcoming, too. Today, they had some flowers you could purchase as well as baked goods. We haven’t tried ordering fish or prepaid meal kits, but their website makes it easy to order. Including a picture of today’s special - so good!“
“With so many different catering companies out and about the Nashville and surrounding areas now a days, I’ve got to give it to Beyond Details! This was my second event personally, and they literally go BEYOND your dream’s wildest expected DETAILS. Every little touch is to perfection, from florals to the food and cocktails, the menu is SPOT ON FLAVOR! Of course in today’s world, the charcuterie boards are hard to beat…. But even then they step up to the plate and hit it out of the park. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! It’s also very nice to see so many people who come together and o make it happen, and not only how great they get along with each other, but how they have made each event specifically special!“

“We had The Pepper Pott cater our corporate event on 6/25 in Franklin. They were very accommodating, the staff was super helpful, their curry and the chicken are FIRE (soooo good). Everyone’s consensus was that the food was delish! And they spent 15 min talking to us about their culture and the family story as part of the National Caribbean Heritage month. Would recommend 100%, no questions asked!“

“This was our first visit and we will be back. Food was very good and authentic. Cute and cozy place and the deli/store has some neat finds. The only thing that was disappointing was that when I paid the bill, I paid with cash, to avoid the added fee for using my debit card. I gave the waiter an extra $20 so that I would have enough for a tip. He was gone for several minutes and when he came back, I had the change from the bill and the $20 bill was still there. I asked him to make change so that I would be able to leave a proper tip. He told me that he was unable to, that it would be awhile because there wasn't enough cash to make change. This was very frustrating. Management needs to do a better job of assuring there is enough cash on hand so that their waitstaff can get the proper tip they earned.“
“Karla provided food for our church’s Young Adult gathering. The food was yummy and it was presented very nicely! We all dug right in! Her communication was very professional and straight to the point. We came out and everything was set up and ready to go. I had zero stress about prepping anything. Highly recommend for events or parties. Everything was great.“
“I recently used U Kno to cater a 100 guest retirement celebration at Vanderbilt University. Brenda and her team do an absolute incredible job! My favorite items on the menu were the bacon wrapped scallops and the buffalo chicken dip!“

“I wish I could give the food a 4 and 1/2 but since I can’t and since the restaurant is immaculate, A+ for cleanliness, and the customer service is excellent, I will round up. I ordered a seasonal salad, the watermelon spinach salad and it was delicious. I just felt it was slightly lacking in watermelon and the candied pecans were sparse but the dressing with this salad is delicious and all the flavors were so good together. My friends had the Mediterranean salad with chicken and said that it was fresh and delicious. Their hummus is excellent too.“

“The Vanderbilt location was so accommodating for my family and went above and beyond so my children who have a lot of allergies could enjoy a sweet treat. I cant say enough great things about them! “We reached out to Cool Beans and reserved their mobile coffee bar for my bridal shower. Needless to say it was a SMASH hit! Not only were they incredibly attentive and efficient, they also had some of the most delicious coffee I’ve tasted. They have a very wide selection and can craft you practically anything. The guests at my shower didn’t even have to get up as one of the owners came around to tables taking orders and making sure everyone who wanted a drink got one. I ran into the owners again at an event in Lebanon a few weeks after and was immediately treated like an old friend. It’s a full package deal with this business and you won’t be disappointed!“
