My firm hired Karla to cater a lunch-and-learn event for Hispanic Heritage Awareness Month today, and she provided 100+ boxed lunches for us, divided among three locations. They were delivered earlier than promised, and they were fresh, delicious and authentic. People especially enjoyed the fantastic desserts and clamored for the leftovers -- dulce de leche brownies and empanadas.
