Grillshack Fries and Burgers - Yazoo (Madison)

Awesome little spot, never knew anything was back there. Got my wife the nashville hot and I got fish n chips. Both really good.

Excellent burgers and this location serves fish and chips, which is a favorite of mine. This is by far one of the best fish and chips in the area. They don't sell it as a sandwich, but I requa bun and toppings because I like it a s sandwich, but it is great as-is.

We don’t eat McDonald’s ?, but honestly, we would have *preferred* McDonald’s ? — that sums it up. The fries ? tasted like cheap frozen ones from the grocery store ?, and not in a good way ?. The burger had nothing — apparently we needed to ask for the condiments and toppings that were listed ?. Plus, we asked for cheddar cheese ? and got American processed cheese instead ?. Epic failure of a meal, and too late with nothing else open ?. But I guess if you don’t mind fast food and it’s the *only* place open, and you’re really hungry, there’s always ketchup ?. Just make sure you ask for it, or you’ll be given 2 packets for 2 burgers with fries ?. And have a microwave handy because it was cold too ?.

Great to have a food option at Yazoo. Burgers are nice, fries are up to par. Nothing had a “wow” factor, but the staff was friendly and the food arrived in a timely manner. Price is on par for Nashville- not a bargain or deal, but typical stuff.

This place is off the beaten path for sure and it's not overtly obvious that this restaurant is part of the Yazoo brewing co. So if you follow the map and think you're in the wrong place, you're not! Follow your nose and you'll find their front door. Small menu but done excellently. Burgers and fries are fantastic! Great Yazoo brew on tap. Don't let the small number of reviews keep you from trying it out. You won't be disappointed.

Best smash burger in Nashville! Fresh cut fries are super good! They also have Heinz malt vinegar which is rare in the south so this place gets it! Smash burger, fries and a craft beer, can’t beat it!

This place was the first place we stopped to eat when we got to Nashville. After a long travel day we wanted a hot meal and a beer and man this place did not disappoint!!! Definitely check it out!!

Happened to this place by accident and so glad I did! Best fish and chips ever! French fries are amazing! Very enjoyable time and we will definitely be back again. Wonderful beer too!

As a person who often searches for restaurants by homemade fries or scratch made, this was possibly the best French fries I ever had. Also overall the whole Yazoo brewery experience and every it of the food was delicious and tremendous value.
