We drove here from Nashville after trying to go to the Logan's at Nashville West & were told that they were closing right then & closing permanently. I'm not sure why they were closing in the middle of a dinner service. There were people still eating inside & it was hours before closing time. So, I made the drive to this location, because it was my son's birthday dinner request. The food was delicious. The ribs were juicy & falling off the bone. We ordered the new Bacon Skewers appetizer & the kids loved it! I took a star away because of the waitress. Unfortunately, she was hard to find & we had to ask repeatedly for different things, like our Togo boxes. My son mentioned that it was his birthday, and she asked him if it really was then asked him again if it was actually today. I guess they don't do anything for birthdays. She never asked us how our meal was or if we wanted dessert. She just put the check on the table. It took about 15-20 min to get my card back when she took it to pay my check. I was starting to think she left with it. When she came back she stood over me for several min and kept looking at the receipt like she was waiting to see what I gave her. I gave her a 25% tip anyway, because it was my son's birthday & I was really hoping she had just had a long day & it wasn't her norm. I've worked at a restaurant & know how stressful it can be. When we left, she was sitting outside smoking with a group of men who were cursing loudly in front of the restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful! My favorite place to eat! Was told a 45 minute wait and got us in within 15 minutes! Food was perfect and came in perfect order! Drinks never got past half empty! Shout out to our amazing waitress Hope for this wonderful experience at the Madison Tn location!

Horrible service from the hostess who was eating walking around on her phone drinking her red bull we had waited over a hour to be seated after told it would only be 20 mins the hour we waited witnessed 4 other parties who were also waiting walk out the whole time plenty of open tables she just wasn’t filling them seen 2 people walk in to pick up call in orders and guess what they were told don’t have an order for that name pretty sad her work ethic is literally a zero laughed in my husbands face when he told her we have waited over a hour and would be leaving have arrived at long horn seated as soon as we walked in please fix this we love the berry hill location in Nashville ten but will not return to Gallatin road location

Fillet was ordered medium rare and came out rare, they insisted we cut it to check then brought out the same cut steak cooked medium well.

Selective was great but the food was not impressive. This used to be out favorite place to go but the last couple times the steak has been not good and way small for 8 oz. We will definitely be finding a new favorite place to eat.

Good service and the food was good also. This was the first time in a while the rolls have been that fluffy and we enjoyed tasting the zucchini fries, and the steaks were cooked as ordered.

Service a little slow and she could have taken the dirty unused dishes away. But the food was good. Salad was a little skimpy and had no croutons. I liked that the manager is hands on he took dirty unused dishes away and brought our first rolls and silver ware. I give it a 7 to 8.
The bar tender was great but the manager wanted to give me a 20% off my tab. Wellll sir I was already getting a 20% off anyway. I definitely won't be back.

My friend and I went there about 7 pm Saturday. The hostess/manager was very nice and said, "I want to be upfront. It will probably be an hour because I am trying to let the kitchen catch up." We ended up chosing to go elsewhere, but I appreciate them valuing my time and being upfront. A lot of places don't do that.

The food is average at best. The meal I wanted wasn't ready because of the holiday yesterday (prime rib) it wasn't going to be ready until later in the afternoon which I understand no problem so I ordered another meal steak and shrimp.
