Waitress named Sarah was phenomenal. If y’all want top tier service and quality ask for Sarah all the time. She went above and beyond. She gave us personal recommendations on the menu since it was our first time here. She was very attentive, never let our drinks go under half, was very polite and interacting with us.
The manager on duty was also phenomenal, gave us a discount because my wife is a first responder .She was very attentive and respectful. Atmosphere was amazing...read full review
Manager blamed me as a long time customer that I was wrong in my order rather than acknowledge the servers error and adjust the bill. Tone deaf management loses business. Wake up!
We went to the Madison TN location and waited 2 hours for our food. I had to go to the bar to get silverware and napkins. I asked for napkins 4 times. Waited 30 minutes for drink refills and the first time they were wrong. I asked 4 times to speak to a manager and he never came. It was utterly unacceptable. The food was good but not good enough to wait that long for.
