Fresh food everytime we eat here and it's clean friendly people and we never have to wait too long and I don't mind a 2 to 5 minutes wait when my food is hot and fresh. Tonight was my 1st and last time at whataburger. We went through the drive thru, the staff was very nice and repeated our order back. We were told we had to wait a few minutes for the chicken tenders, which is completely fine. Everything was sealed up, also great!
We parked, immediately after getting our food and ate in the parking lot. Im sitting in the parking lot typing this.
The chicken tenders were warm at best, what was i waiting for? My fries were cold, my burger was colder and the cheese wasn't even melted. Im not impressed and i wont be back.
The breakfast sandwich was the only thing that was more than warm, the hasbrowns ice cold.
Needless to say, we didn't eat the food, we went to McDonald's instead.

Really slow team no matter the time of day, I always order ahead but even then my order still takes an extra 10 minutes. I've Been late to work many times because of how slow their workers
