I arrived to pick up a mobile order and was told to pull around. I was the only one in line. When I got there, the female employee insisted I wasn’t picking up an order and kept saying “no you’re not” I was very confused.
Turns out my order was marked in-store pickup instead of drive-thru — an easy mistake that could have been solved in 10 seconds. Instead, they treated it like a huge problem, repeatedly told me I wasn’t there for my own order, and made the situation unnecessarily confrontational.
After finally bringing my food out, the female employee gave me an extremely hostile stare that made the whole interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Mistakes happen. Being rude and aggressive about them shouldn’t. Whataburger, you guys need to do better.

Food is okay. Not really sure what the hype is for this place. We had an issue with our order where they entered the wrong stuff and then wanted to blame us. Staff seemed very disinterested in being there and not really all that friendly. Also found it very strange to need permission to use the restrooms. Overall not impressed.

I just don't understand the reason for it's popularity. The food is never good. (Fries are!!) Service was fine. Bathroom was clean. But the food. In/out burger, sonic have same type food and I find it more appealing .

Staff couldnt be any less incompetent. Take my order inside and read it back to me three times before getting it straight. Get home and my order is not only wrong, but has not one thing on it that I specified in my order.
$15 for a meal that was completely inedible. Never again will Whataburger get my business.

Poor customer service at drive thru window. Also, why are they asking customers to pull up past window when no one else is in line? Isn’t the cycle time meant to show how quickly customers are being served?

I stop here every morning for breakfast The last two times I have gone through the drive-through they have been totally unprepared for anyone ordering food I’m one occasion I bypassed the drive-through and then went straight to the window where they acted very surprised at anyone was there at all UPDATED the next day they dot my orders wrong giving me sausage and forgetting the egg!!!

I ordered takeout to save time and the cashier seamed confused and stared at me. So I repeated my order and said I ordered online. I had to ask for my coffee and didn’t receive the added flavor plus my pancakes didn’t come with syrup or utensils.

I order 2 bacon bobs with extra bacon and they just threw all the old bacon from the bottom of the tin on my sandwiches they were basically inedible I took a few bites from the sides that weren't hard as a Rock but it all tasted like dog treats.
I love the chocolate shakes!!
