They were packed inside and stacked up on both aisles but they got everyone through quickly (It was 1115 am). The food was hot, the server was very nice, and everything was clean. Excellent location

We came in today and ordered the Whataburger single I actually forgot to tell them I don't do mustard and I only wanted to catch up and mayonnaise and when I got the burger I opened it up and I looked and I saw a mustard the manager immediately switched it out and gave me a new burger even though I admitted it what's my fault for not telling them that I don't eat mustard. They went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of. Kudos. And of course the food was delicious.

First time I ever went to a Whataburger, and I can safely say that I loved it.
The burger was pretty good. They messed up my order a bit, but honestly? I'm not complaining. The fries are good but with that fancy ketchup? Fantastically good!
But the best thing I got was the Banana Pudding Shake, it was mind-blowingly good.
I thank Alexis, the cashier who served me, for suggesting the bacon and double cheese burger. It was a great choice.
I would highly recommend going.

My gosh I checked in to pick up my curbside and it took them 15 minutes from checking in to get my order. They didn't have anyone inside eating either

I can't give the overnight staff a good rating. The 3 times I have been there, they have messed up my order. It's the same girl at the window, never knows what my order was (I always do it through the app) and this latest visit is why I had to leave a one star review.
I ordered a medium shake and a side of the chicken gravy with onion rings. I got this treat big container of gravy and with something dark in it, when I asked what's this? She stared at me with dead eyes and said it said 2 sides of chicken gravy....i open the container and there is greasy sausage crumbles on top of the gravy.
The she handed me a large milkshake. I ordered a medium. And the large had a medium top forced on top. I was going to make another complaint through support but I think I'll just keep going to the White House one, which I have never had any issues with.
Avoid this location..at least in the wee hours of the morning.

Service and Atmosphere is good but the burgers are pretty bad. Not sure what the hype was al about. They were luke warm and dry and bread was not even warm. Ketchup and pickles were all over the place. Not going back.

My dad is hard of hearing. Had him call while I was driving to see how busy they were due to being in rush to get to work.i think his name was Ladon or something.had call twice because first call he said he was on something while answering then hung up. Acting like he's on drugs. Calling second time He was rude and hung up on him after saying he didn't have time to talk to him. Why do restaurants allow people like this to work for them? Newer business won't last long here with that kind of service. We ended up going to taco bell

No respect for customers time. They have two drive through lanes and took 3 orders in a row from the right lane as we’re sitting in the left lane no one taking our order. Is it broken? There’s no posted sign. They do not respect customers time. Left after waiting 10 minutes without ordering.
