I can't understand how chains want to open numerous restaurants in a city and then not be able to provide good service. 730 Thursday night and only 1 person handling front counter. He seemed to be new and did very well considering he was on an island. Shout out to Mohamed. Very polite and tried to get food out as fast as he could. He kept going in the back to track down orders while people were standing in line waiting to be served.Food was very good, but 30 minutes is entirely too long for 2 Combo Meals. Did not see anyone who resembled a Manager in those 30 minutes. Good Luck but customers will not return if this is the best you can do.

Been sitting in the drive thru for 16 minutes now. It is 2:00….lunch hour is over. Absolutely ridiculous. If I had not already paid I would leave. Will not be back!
