Chicken dry as hell, ordered coleslaw and got canned beans from a dead grandma's house, and there was a long hair in my food (which I unfortunately found out AFTER barely getting it all down with a lot of Dr. Pepper and ton of BBQ sauce.) Horrible service in the back. The girl at the register did a good job but all the guys in the back horrible. It took right at 40 minutes to make two grilled chicken biscuits. This was the second time getting bad service. They have lost a customer, I won't be back!!!

I rarely give a bad review, but this place is horrible. I stopped here only because they didn't seem busy, I see why now. Ordered a 12 piece family meal which isn't crazy, and at the window I wasn't informed it would be a long wait and given a chance to decline. Just allowed to pay and asked to pull forward to wait. Waited 45 minutes and had to go in to use the rest room, was asked if im still waiting then told they had a bog order come in and had to drop more chicken. After returning to the car that's still running because it's cold and they don't have parking spots on the drive thru side, I waited another 45 minutes bef before my meal was brought out. Just no words, wone be back. Even the person behind me waited forever for two small bags. Sad.

Normally good but on last visit they were out of chicken had to wait 20 minutes to get order cooked off going shift left them without chicken and on coming shift for some reason wasn't paying attention and hadn't started to cook chicken .
