As good a high-fat fast food restaurant as they come. Clean, spacipus eating area. Courteous, professional counter staff. Better-tasting chicken that KFC or Chick Fila, if you like a bit of a kick. The biscuit was THE BEST biscuit of ANY fast food join--bigger, fluffier, and tastier! Fries were seasoned as well as salted. Healthier options for a side dish. We declined a drink and were given cups for water without asking. One $7 box was enough to fill up the two of us for with a small meal

Only 6 wings cooked, one biscuit was cooked. A restaurant should have food ready for customers, especially at 5:45 in the afternoon.

It has been on 2 differnt occasions and about the same time 6:30pm rhat you pull up and order a family meal, they give a price and you pull up and they come to the window and say sorry there is going to be a 20 minute wait because they have to more chicken. You would think that at that time they would have plenty made.
Cancelled both times. R

My husband and I had the chicken sandwich BLT combo and it was delicious and hot. I had the watermelon tea it has potential to be good but their tea is never sweet enough and watered down tasting but that is just my opinion. I also think that if they could get the
plastic bags made for the large containers the tea would taste better, fresher. The little girl that took our order seemed odd or uninterested and she wasn't very vocal at all. She may have been new. Lobby and drink station needed attention.

So the third or fourth time I didn't get a biscuit in my combo meal. It is so frustrating that employees are not trained.

I always love Bojangles. The chicken biscuits are the best thing ever. Bo rounds are also great. One time, at a Bojangles in south GA, I ordered Bo rounds for the first time, but before ordering I asked what they were, and the lady just yelled through the drive thru speaker “BO ROUNDS! BO ROUNDS! BO ROUNDS!” It was so ridiculous that I ordered them anyway and discovered they are Bojangle’s round hash browns. They were tasty.

Went to grab a quick bite. We ordered 4 chicken tender combos. 20 minutes went by before they told us they forgot about the tendies. They gave us a cookie, though. Food was good when we finally got it.

3 hours before closing and could not fill an 8 piece meal request. They didn't have enough chicken. Then had to wait 4 minutes for bo rounds since we had to order breakfast.

Most restaurants mess up by not cooking the food long enough. They cook it until it's dried chicken and sell it to you for 40$ one of the worst experiences I've had with a chicken restaurant.

The lady who took my drive-thru order straight-up lied to my face, and then mishandled food.
I also got overcharged for an item but that wasn't the worse thing.
After ordering drive-thru, they asked me to pull ahead and they'd walk my food out to me after a few minutes, which is pretty typical here and not a big deal.
When they brought me my food, I got a bag and the drinks were missing, so I told the guy and he went back to get the drinks and brought them along with what I thought was the rest of my order.
As I was sorting everything out, the lady who took my order came up to my car and asked if I'd gotten a certain item. Turns out they gave me a couple items that were meant for the car behind me, so she asked for them. I opened the items and sure enough, that's what they were. I told her she can't give the food to the other customer after I handled it and would have to remake it, so she said she was going to take it inside to throw away and remake it for them. Massive and obvious lie. I could have kept it and maybe should have for food safety, but I gave it back to her and drove up, parked, and watched... She stayed out there, gave the food to the car behind me, and they drove off.
Yucky and rude.
