I was a little skeptical about a pizza food truck, but the reviews were good and thought, "Why not?" OMG!! I am sooooooo glad we did!!! The pizza was perfect. Great crust with the right amount of crunch, the sauce was not super thick or sweet, and it had a great cheese pull! The garlic knots were fantastic too! I will definitely visit them again when they are in my neck of the woods!!
This pizza was so good that I didn't have time to snap a picture! Definitely can't wait to try the calzone! Everything was great our party of 5 was very happy! Thank you for bringing Brooklyn Style Pizza to East Tn.
