condiments are condiments if I asked for a specific amount of catch up a specific amount of barbecue sauce or a specific amount of ranch dressing or any other condiment I asked for I should be allowed that at a place where have it your way is the main sales pitch when I order 25 $30 worth of food I expect the condiments I asked for but to have a manager especially a regional manager tell me I cannot have a specific amount of comments I am more than just speechless a policy like that will make sure I will not return again without a formal apology from a certain supervisor I will find it very hard pressed to walk in that store again
My original comment about this BK over one year ago was quite negative to the point of scathing. That point of view has changed completely and I now visit frequently. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. The dining room is kept clean as are the restrooms. Management is competent and welcoming. Kristin (GM) is terrific. Finally, a word about restaurant cleanliness. If the customers are so uncaring and sloppy and leave a mess for someone to clean up, don't blame the restaurant employees. Most do their best. I was brought up to leave the table as I found it. That's just common courtesy. And to the customers who take multiple ketchup, salt, pepper packets and just leave the unused amounts on the table, don't complain about prices. Unused packets have to be discarded by staff. Regardless of packaging, they may not be returned for use by others! As far as overall fast-food burger restaurants in Madisonville are concerned, BK tops them all in my opinion.
