Food was okay service was almost non existent as per usual lobby was a mess we should have went somewhere else the Athens store is on their game because it is always clean friendly and fresh Madisonville should take notes. Lobby is never clean, drink station is a mess napkins just laying on the counter instead of stocked like it should be. Someone needs to teach them how to walk out into lobby and clean and sanitize a table.

WE USED TO ❤️ THIS LOCATION!! But sitting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous!!! They do three cars then they clear the drive-thru then you get your order taken not the way it should be!!

Food was a bit cold I did order ahead by a couple minutes that could have been the cause. my milkshake was chocolate milk. I feel like that should have been made when I came to pick up my order. My coke was just soda water very gross the lady at the window gave me a highc that was fine. I got the Wednesday burger!!
Angel Slaughter was so rude. We ordered a whopper, added bacon, with some other customizations. It was mayo ketchup bacon only. They forgot the bacon. So we kindly let them know we got the wrong order, and the nice young cashier said to pull around We were greeted with a foul mouthed woman. “What” I was shocked and said.. “this.. was supposed to have bacon” she hatefully yanks the bag from my hand, and looks up my order screaming to me what it was. And of course, she repeated it back to me the way I ordered it She slung the bag at me, and said “I can’t take this back” and yells to her employees to make us another one. I have never been treated like this. Especially at Burger King. Theyeve always been so kind.

Started as a good experiance then went south. The employees started bad mouthing a little elderly lady that only wanted a sausage biscuit. Said drive thru people were spendind more money so they get first service. I tried to defend her but was theatened that the police would be called.
