My boyfriend and I went to go get lunch and the lady that handed us our food was very rude. We asked for some dipping sauce and she took a deep breath and rolled her eyes at us and then said she would have to charge us for it(which is fine) but the rolling the eyes and huffing like we are bothering her is the problem. Very rude service!

I pulled out almost went home but decided to pull over and eat, no onion rings, so went back not 2 mins later she gave it to me, but when I first left almost forgot one of my drinks also, but constantly sat and watched her texting , not paying attention wasnt super rude but didnt apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back and waiting in line again, and im sorry but 30 cents for sauce is a complete joke , what happened to 10 cents a pack? First time here and other burger kings have never charged me fo an extra sauce. Food was all warm except my onion rings very cold and mushy.

We stopped by the drive thru after a Thursday night football game and the young people they had working the window was the nicest well mannered kids. Never see that anymore working in fast food! I was blown away by the kindness! Keep it up ❤️ you are few and far between today in the restaurant industry, esp fast food!!

Excellent and quick service, I usually use the drive thru. Love the tasty food,so far, they get my picky eaters orders right. Prices are far, what can I say it's life.

Food was okay service was almost non existent as per usual lobby was a mess we should have went somewhere else the Athens store is on their game because it is always clean friendly and fresh Madisonville should take notes. Lobby is never clean, drink station is a mess napkins just laying on the counter instead of stocked like it should be. Someone needs to teach them how to walk out into lobby and clean and sanitize a table.
