I ordered a pizza with double mushrooms in Madisonville Tennessee and it came with not even a single serving of mushrooms on it and I called and asked how we could resolve it and the manager said I would have to bring the pizza in so they could weigh it after I paid a $6 delivery fee. I left a negative review on Google and will not be returning to this location
My husband had surgery today so ordering pizza tonight to be delivered was convenient since I didn’t have to go out for it. After waiting an hour and a half, I saw that the driver had been in my neighborhood for about 15 minutes. We live in a very small neighborhood with literally just two streets and our mailbox has 4” numbers clearly seen from the street. She couldn’t find our house. We usually order pizza from Dominos MULTIPLE times per year with the app ever since we moved close to downtown Madisonville. Never had any issues with the delivery service we received for the past several years.
