This dominoes is a disgrace to their franchise. It’s a bad experience every time. If you want your pizza ready on time, DO NOT go here. They can’t handle the tiniest amount of volume, and the workers have lousy attitudes. Even when I’m already in Madisonville, I am forced to go all the way to the Dominoes in Etowah at this point because I refuse to go here anymore.

Ordered hot wings and mainly only the middle wings had sauce on them. There was a bunch that had no sauce at all. The point of hot wings is sauce not plain wings.

My experience with the Domino’s in Madisonville was beyond frustrating. When I called to place an order, they answered with “Placing you on hold”—no greeting, no professionalism, nothing. I was left on hold for nearly 20 minutes, so I hung up and called back, only to get the same treatment. This time, I stayed on hold for almost an hour.
When I finally spoke with a manager, instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, they just made excuses. I understand being busy, but there’s no excuse for poor communication and lack of customer service. A simple “Thank you for calling Domino’s, may I place you on hold?” would go a long way. Additionally, if you have to leave a customer on hold for an extended period, check back in with them instead of just leaving them waiting indefinitely.
This location seriously needs to step up its service.
