The drive thru worker, Ashley, was so kind and she had such a bright smile on her face the whole time so early in the morning. She had such a warm energy about her. I've been to many Dunkin locations and Madisonville is by far my favorite now! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Ashley for being so kind

The food is amazing but I witnessed something from an employee that upset me today. A boy that seemed new took our order and was extremely nice and before we got our food one of the females decided to be rude as heck to this boy for pretty much no reason. That girl was nowhere to be found when our food was being made, while he was trying to do his job and her job at the same time. I didnt appreciate that and honestly if I was him would not tolerate it. Treat others with respect. I understand it can be stressful but talking to ur employees like that isn't the answer. Makes you look like a bad person. I said what i said.

Please tell me how you can call yourself Dunkin Donuts and not make donuts?!?! Went to day to get my daughters some donuts and coffee and was told they didn’t make any donuts today! All they had was munchkins. What!!! I wonder if their corporate office knows how they are running things at this store.

waited for twenty minutes for one coffee, saw it sitting behind counter for five minutes before having to ask if it was mine, was then lied to about how long it had been sitting there. was also given whipped cream instead of sweet cream. RIDICULOUS

Horrible experience, they had little to no doughnuts, rude staff, long wait, horrible food and coffee. Messed up my bf and I’s order as well as my brother in law and his gf. Manager is rude and staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Drive thru times look HORRIBLE as well. Definitely needs new management, I will not be back.
