I've ordered inside, drive-thru, mobile order, and door dash and I've given it 3 months to see if they improve or change. They haven't. I learned not to door dash this DD by the second time for the same reason I count and name my items (best to do so when they first open the window so they know there's more than one item and that you'll be checking - and definitely DO check). This is the only way I've found to still be satisfied as a customer - taking a proactive role. They're notorious for missing items or not being prepared for even a single drink and one item. It seems orders get lost on the rack or they grab the first one they see and don't bother checking to ensure all of the order has been retrieved. They also often do not have items in stock if you order online or door dash so be prepared to have a backup choice, or several. And yes, the food and drinks are quite often only mildly warm, or watery if cold, and toppings and fillings are skimpy. And, yes, the wait is often longer than expected. But the food tastes good and the coffee is great. The inside is immaculate. While the service isn't quite friendly, it also isn't unfriendly; just unhelpful and seemingly scatter-brained. I'm writing this review today because it's gotten worse and I've finally decided not even the food or coffee is worth the continuous financial loss and extreme disappointment for myself and my young child due to missing items. I can't just go back and make sure it gets fixed by the time I check the order - I can't leave work to do so. It's no longer just not quite up to par, no longer just the wait, no longer making sure to count the items... Don't bother adding any additions to an item, either; you'll be sorely disappointed. You pay extra and nada. I do not recommend this location, unfortunately.

Me and my ol man stopped to get us 2 coffees. His frozen coffee was not frozen at all it was just liquid. Mine was not made correctly. We ordered munchkins assorted and only got one type and they can not count there ordered 50 of them ans barley got 40.

I was unpleasantly reminded why I stopped going to this location this morning. Girl at the window gave the impression she would rather be anywhere but there. She never offered me my receipt instead immediately threw it away. I ordered a large but she put it as a medium. What I received was slightly over a half cup of barely warm coffee that tasted awful.

Ordered a medium cappuccino, ended up with cappuccino where 3/4 of the beverage was foam, and only 1/4 of the cappuccino was actual liquid. I asked the man behind the counter why there was so much foam vs. actual cappuccino and he stated that I'd have to purchase a larger size to end up w/more cappuccino! I spent around $13 for 1/4 cup of cappuccino and 2 cookies. I won't be back!

I ordered door dash from this store and the two iced coffee drinks were just not right. They were ordered with cram and sugar, neither had any. Bitter yuk. Most times I order at the drive thru and it's great.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I have been to, by far! And I have been to a lot of them across the nation. The dinning area...AND RESTROOMS...were immaculate ! Some Dunkin's restrooms were scary to enter... The Carmel Maciatto was the best one I have had...Some Dunkin's tasted like just milk. The server's were polite and attentive and professional behind the counter...Some Dunkin's the coversation and language behind the counter would embarrass a sailor! Good job to this Dunkin Donut!

Last time that I came to this location, they had me pull up and told me they would bring my order out to me. I sat for 20 minutes before I walked in only to find out they forgot about me and my order which took another 5-10 minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a semi-new location. Recently I ordered ahead to avoid waiting 30 minutes, got handed my order and was told, "there's everything!" Got home to realize I'm missing half of my items I ordered.

I went through the drive through today and ordered a coffee with sugar and a latte. the order was completely botched. the girl or guy or who knows which it was tried to give me 2 iced coffees instead. Then said oops and handed me a coffee and I asked if it had sugar and the person said yes. The cup had coffee all over the outside and something sticky all over it. I asked for a new cup so the mess wouldn't get all over my car and when it was handed back to me, it was a black coffee with no sugar and the cup had soap on the outside and tasted like soap. This is no way to run a business and I will not be spending another cent at this Dunkin Donuts. Maybe instead of trying to push Trans and diversity, stick to actually hiring good employees and doing a good business!!! Horrible experience!!!
