Ordered my food online .picked it up pulled 1 taters tot from the bag and seen if it was too hot for my granddaughter..looked down realized I just paid 4$ for a half order of tater tots .so I asked them for the other half...where then I had two girls approach my car pretty much tossed the tots at me and said here we saw u eat them...so I asked to speak to manager I told him what happen and he said I'll be right back went into store to watch the video I guess and after 7-8 minutes of him not coming back out I left bc at this point my food is cold..

The girl who served me my food was absolutely disgusting her hair had bugs in it and I swear she had a ring worm on her hand not only that she smelt like she hasn’t showered in months and her dandruff was everywhere I couldn’t eat the food in fear her dandruff was in it, she has poorly dyed pink hair and I asked for her name so I could spread awareness for the people who ordered here her name is “Lyndsey” never in my years of living I have came across poor employment.

The wait time was awful, but im not judging that so much bc I understand short staff and a lot of people, what I dont appreciate is 3 things out of my order was pretty nasty tasting the chili on my hotdog tasted very old the fries were cold soggy, and the drink had juice all down the side of it got all over me, corn dog cold, pretzel was the onky warm decent thing I ate, I was going to tip the girl until I noticed they changed 25 cents a cup on ranch I wasnt aware of bc the other sonics ive been too never charge for ranch , then I went to count my money, was short a dollar and yea I could of let it slip but then what would the coupon for the free corn dog amount to anything? I sat and watched a male employee stand outside the door for 5 mins on his cell phone texting so overall bad experience tonight but I still may give it another shot when I come back to town.

Ordered on the mobile app, while I was in the parking lot. Waited 40 minutes for mozzarella sticks that came to me cold. A drink that all ice had already melted. The breading didn't even stick on the cheese because it seemed they forgot about me. No apologies. No fixing the cold product. Just a shrug of a shoulder.

I needed sonics all over this one one of the staff members family showed up and they felt it was more necessary to bring all her family members in and out of the Sonic kitchen in my order was left for 30 minutes I had to finally ask for it and the girl told me it takes a long time to cook a chicken sandwich I will try it again but someone needs a man it's a place a little bit better cuz every staff member came out was sitting at the table with her family while my food wasn't being served

The food and servers were fine, but we were traveling across the state and needed the restroom. This Sonic has a decent restroom if anyone took the time to clean it, but it was absolutely filthy! I felt like I needed a bath after getting out of there.

This location is awful. Although most fast food bathrooms are gross, this one was insanely disgusting and I wish I had taken that as a clue for how the rest of this joint is run. It took them FIVE times to get ONE burger right. After the 5th time of walking back to get another condiment they forgot to put on or messed up , I gave up. Didn't get one single apology from any of the 3 girls I had to knock on the door and talk to and when speaking to them they clearly tuned me out. When I finally did get to eat my piecemealed burger, the meat tasted like fish. It was awful. Took me an hour to have a simple meal. Horrendous service.

Question for the General Manager: What kind of operation are you running here? I come quite often now that it's summer and my order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I pay extra for add ons and don't get them. Ever. Once they didn't even bring my food out, then stood there and argued with me that I didn't get food...it was on the receipt in her hand and on my app.

My favorite is when I order a Blast and it comes out melted. Literally melted and lacking the extra items I PAID FOR. Wonder how much this location has profited by ripping off customers? I can clearly see that I am not the only one experiencing this. Perhaps an investigation needs to happen at this store to figure out what exactly is going on here. Obviously it's a management issue. I will now be checking every single thing in my order and if anything is wrong or missing I'll call them back out.

Do better or just find another job.

I'm just done with this place. The workers are really rude. Food is extremely inconsistent, especially the ice cream. You never know what you're going to get. Tonight ordered peanut butter oreo shake, paid for extra oreo & there was hardly any in there at all. Did an online order because I have 2 kids and need to get in and out quickly. I was waiting for 25 min. Fries were cold somehow. Got onion rings & there were literally 6 small onion rings in a medium. The woman acted like I was lying and poured them in the bag or something and I felt like the biggest inconvenience and so embarrassed. I'm not trying to get extra fricken onion rings for free! Goodness. I already hate complaining, and that treatment makes me never want to go back. Took 10 more min to get new onion rings. My carhop stood and waited for a tip (rude). I don't even feel like they deserved one. This was a terrible experience. A quick trip to sonic took 40 min total with 2 kids. Yall with kids can imagine how bad that is. Burger was good. Chicken poppers were good and hot.
