Food was very good, I got a double bacon burger with a few toppings, no bun, but I had to specify that I wanted no bun... They were very good about it though, so thank you Sonic! Everyone was very friendly and overall it was a good atmosphere. The app however, was rather confusing and the order did not go through for the longest time. But it was an overall nice experience, I would recommend this location.

Stopped by tonight . Ordered a simple strawberry Milkshake large no whipped cream no cherry easy enough . Result FAILURE. Waited 25 minutes spoke to lady in blue shirt and head phones. She said she'd check . Never saw her again . Iwas in stall #23 . I let a year pass from my last visit , seems your incompetence still remains . 4 cars that ordered after me came and was served .

Went to this location at like 8 PM just a while ago, I got all my food and got a Blue Raspberry Slushy with nerds. However, turns out they didn’t put the nerds into the slushy which I figured out when I took the lid off and was greeted with black specs all in the drink.
Also, not to mention the smart attitude I was greeted with when I pressed the red button and had to wait about 40 minutes for my food.

Employee didn't recognize the app discount. To avoid the frustration, we paid $6 for 2 iced teas. It should have been $3. The iced teas were supposed to be 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet. Nope. Even the order was wrong. We won't be back.

I was out with my boyfriend and a skinny girl with colored hair came out and started making sexual comments about how me and him should try stuff with a strap on and then when we were clearly uncomfortable she started talking about her own sex life the food was also kind of cold and I’m never being friendly to an employee like that again it ruined my meal. I hope she finds Jesus.

We have been here to many times to count, but we have NEVER received bad service, I read reviews on here and sometimes I believe it's all how you treat people anymore lots of people forget the saying treat people the way you wanna be treated! Also if you have a .25 cents give it to your car hopper as they do depend on those tips or if you pay with a debit or credit card tip them your change it goes along way in this day in time people are struggling and fast food doesn't pay as much in Madisonville vs in Maryville! ALWAYS be kind!

Our food got brought out and we got everything except the chicken tenders. I let them know and we sat there over 45 min waiting on the them to bring us chicken tenders out and they never did. I ended up just leaving. The service is horrible. I can understand if they are short handed but waiting in total almost 2 hours for food is ridiculous
