The absolute sweetest and best subway Manager and employee i have every encountered there, Ms. Crystal. She was sweet,caring, and kind. The restaurant was so clean and well ran. She made it easy and comfortable to be able to decide my sandwich and what I wanted on it and even made a few suggestions to make it even better. Thank you Crystal for making my experience great. Been in here before Crystal took it over and it felt so stressful to order anything before Crystal came she is a keeper and will be back thanks to her.

Don't know what they're doing over at Subway at Walmart but that place is coming up from down the bottom my Sub was fresh my sub was good and I definitely will return. The girl that made my sandwich was crystal her attention to detail while making my sandwich was phenomenal.

I met the new manager, she is a superstar! The store was clean, all the product was stocked and looked very fresh. The bread baking smelled so good! She was ready to make anything! Very friendly and offered all choices from listing all breads, cheese, veggies and sauces. Extra nice! Seemed like she enjoyed her job. I will be going back and highly recommend this Subway as Number 1!!

I used to love going to this Subway but lately it seems like the workers don’t pay attention to when customers come in and when mobile orders are placed. I placed a mobile order today and when I showed up at the time that it said to pick up there were no workers in sight and my order wasn’t even made yet. They were also out of Dr Pepper and had flies and other flying insects around the drink fountain.

Paid for order through the app and was told they didn’t receive the order and to contact customer care through the app. There was no number for customer care through the app, they refused to help any further, wouldn’t give me managers contact info or franchise owner info, AND threatened to call the cops on me when I asked for the managers name and phone number to resolve the issue…. Brooke was very unprofessional and rude. And she seems to have several bad Google reviews from the last two weeks so apparently I’m not the only one that she has been awful to.
There was also another customer in the store having the same issue and Brooke wouldn’t help her either or issue a refund although she had the receipt in hand. (I only had the bank transaction to show bc the app wouldn’t pull up the receipt for me.)
I wouldn’t be surprised if Brooke is pocketing the money she is stealing from customers. It was only an $11 order so I’m letting it go but I definitely won’t be back to this store location.

We got a subway the bun was HARD as a ROCK and we were supposed to get 10 per cent off and we didn’t . We called to try to tell them and we got hung up on.Very rude and we called another number and left a message but Haven’t been called back.So please don’t go to the subway at Walmart .APlace you will not be happy with at all.
Ordered a mobile order and I guess the genius behind the counter wasn’t capable of making the meatball with pickles correctly no pickles no cheese. They literally should shut that subway down and put something more useful there with better workers

I don’t recommend the food. And I don’t recommend getting the job. Your food is always a week old. The roast beef is disgusting. The manager Steven never wears gloves when prepping the food. He acts like your friend and talks about you behind your back saying nasty things. He chooses favorites and he is never working his own shift. He asks his employees to work his shifts and then will offer them bonuses. He never pays them the bonuses and if asked to many times for what he owes he will fire them. And then give that money to someone else. He’s an overall terrible manager.

I ate here last about one year ago. I have not eaten at any Subway since because I got food poisoning so badly I seriously thought I was dying. Before that I was going about once every few weeks and I loved it. It wasn't the cleanest subway but it was convenient. Unfortunately the thought of Subway still turns my stomach!
