Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

** Absolutely loved the first and second time I came could not rave enough, but the third was the problem.**Went a few weeks ago thought I wrote a review but it must have slipped my mind. I got several things I can't remember it all ATM. Very yummy!!! Everything I had was cooked perfectly. The young people in there were very respectful. They triple checked my order. I wish I would have caught the young girls name. I wish I could remember everything. I know I got cheesecake bites and loaded chicken bacon ranch fries both 10/10. That's all for now next time I go back I'll be sure to take pictures and update my review!!!
**Heres the next review unfortunately not what I expected to write.**
I recently did a pickup order from this Zaxby’s and the whole experience was pretty disappointing. My pickup time was set for 1 but a couple minutes before that I realized I’d be running late. I called ahead to let them know and apologized profusely . The employee told me he had just made the food but it wasn’t a problem at all, said “life happens” and said they would remake everything fresh once I arrived.
When I got there, I reminded them of the situation and apologized again a few times. They asked me to pull around and wait, which I did. After about 15 minutes, my order was brought out, I apologized again! I live 3 minutes away, and by the time I got home the food was wasn't warm, the fries were cold, and one of the items wasn’t even right.
I don’t really understand the point of saying you’ll remake the food if it’s going to come out like it sat around anyway. Whether you remake my order or the next person’s, you’re still doing the same amount of work. I tried to be courteous and communicate ahead of time, and it still ended up being an upsetting experience. If the guy would have told me he couldn't remake the food I would have expected horrible food and not complained as that was my fault but to say it will be made fresh because everyone has problems sometimes and then this... ** Moral of the story, Don't say you are going to do something then not do it. Don't say you are going to fix it and have no intentions of doing it.**

The food is great, but, I'm a doordash driver so I come by often and today I was met with some not friendly staff. When waiting in the lobby these girls kept staring at me like I killed their cat which is weird considering I'm just here to deliver some food to hungry customers. One girl specifically was talking with an extremely rude tone, one girls name tag said Lauren who I could visibly see whispering about something, I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and hope it wasn't me, though she was the one staring the hardest. Never had any problems before today so I'm just here to say I don't appreciate dirty looks from staff members when I walked in the door. Please tell team members not to act this way, fyi I don't have any weird birth defects so I still don't understand why i was so harshly unwelcomed during a visit that typically lasts about 2 minutes.

I went here in the most horrible mood and the manager at the register Alisha made my day better. She was polite and friendly. My food was amazing and the place was really clean. I will definitely be back!

staff was horribly rude and untimely . messed up the drinks because they were too busy talking to each other

Normally everything is great but tonight was not. Added lettuce and tomato to a sandwich and literally got 2 or 3 tiny pieces of each. Not even a full slice of tomato and not even 1/4 of a lettuce leaf. Very disappointed tonight.

Definitely wasn't ready for spirit night but the lady up front dealing with a refund you did amazing yes it tought and overwhelming but you handled it great..thank you

Absolutely amazing came early to pick up my order and explained I was there early they went ahead and started the order kept me updated to when it'd be ready the ladys there were awesome Everytime I've went they've always been phenomenal

Restaurant was beautiful inside, cashier seem very unhappy when we arrived to order, food was hot but sure it was under cooked as my wife mention a weird texture with the tenders and later that evening we both got very ill and this was the only thing we had eaten in common so we won’t be back

I didn’t think Zaxby’s could get worse but then I tried the one in Madisonville. The “giant” quesadilla was not giant in the least. It had the equivalent of 1 chicken tender for the entire quesadilla. I asked for tongue torched and there were 2 nickel size light splashes of sauce. The little amount of food was WAY overpriced. The employees appeared to be all teenagers and vanished when they saw us walk in the door. They finally appeared after
2-3 minutes. They were pleasant while taking our order.

We visit this location quite often, a minimum of 2 times a week. Usually close to opening time or a little after. The girls at the window, especially Miley, are always very friendly and helps make sure our food order is correct. You can tell her coworkers enjoy her presence as well. Best service award goes to her! 👏
