I don’t honestly know how this place is still open. They are absolutely disgusting here. I use to go to this store daily until I witnessed an employee put her mouth on a customers drink and a separate employee put her fingers in my iced coffee to dig ice out. The manager also couldn’t care less. The Murfreesboro Dunkin’s are all great!
5 hot chocolates tasted like water and then we ordered a black coffee and they gave us another hot chocolate. The service was also extremely slow.
service is trash!!!! twice now I've waited 20 plus minutes for 1 toasted bagel with cream cheese.
