I placed an order last night at my local Pizza Hut in Martin Tennessee. The delivery time was 10:44. At 11:03, we had not received our order. I decided to call at 11:03. Micaella answered the phone. I politely asked about our order and she shot back the reply that orders were now at 125 wait time. I asked why no one called, and she half laughed and said they didn’t have the time.
