Blake's is the best. Every time I drive from Nashville to our farm in Rives, I have to have my Blake's fix. He smokes the best brisket ever! I mixed it up the other night and ordered the nachos with brisket. I was a little disappointed with the lack of brisket and too many jalapeños and pickled onions. I will stick with the plates and sandwiches from here on. Don't pass on his smoked cream cheese nor his fantastic pimento cheese.

A gem ... ! For a town the size of Martin, we didn't expect to find such an exceptional restaurant. The BBQ is on point. The dry-rubbed wings are out of this world. The sides - crispy Brussels sprouts? Count me in. Salads? Nailed it. Service matches the quality of the food. And the space and ambience round it all out. Do yourself a favor and stop in. Again and again.

Best food in Martin, TN! Rib plate was delicious and filling! Sides of deviled eggs and Mac & cheese were A+.

We are from out of town and family brought us here. They had told us about the smoked cream cheese, and we tried to replicate it before we came here, but now realize we're nowhere close to replicating it. Our only complaint is that they are closed the rest of the time that we are visiting! The smoked cream cheese is amazing. The seasoned crackers are fantastic. My husband said the brisket was the best he's ever had. I had the smoked Turkey and it was moist and amazing. My son, who rarely eats meats, ate 2.5 pieces of mine. The chicken strips are to die for. Oh, and the desserts! There were six of us, and we tried the New York cheesecake, chocolate cake, lemon icebox pie and turtle brownie. We shared and all had different favorites. There wasn't a bad dessert in the batch. The waitress was super sweet too! She was great. We will definitely be back!

Atmospher is casual and not terribly loud despite the open concept and brick walls. The food was excellent. I got the Number 109 with added brisket. Delightful meal.

Absolutely the best BBQ I've had. I travel a fair amount and try to go to places and eat the "local"/regional fare. Tennessee is known for BBQ and this place killed it! Did the sampler platter and every sample was impressive. Tender, juicy, and meaty. The smoke was just right (this guy has some serious skills) , the portions great, and the flavor fantastic. Seriously would make this a destination dining experience. I went during the noon hour which was slow but well worth it. Service needs work (very nice, but not attentive). That said, I ate at the bar and the girl working was involved in other work duties. Would have been a little better if customers were the #1 priority regardless of what else needs to be done. Thankfully, the food made up for it and trumps all else. Highly recommend, especially for smoke hounds like me. Will be back.

Super Friendly! But super Slow service. Bar tenders very 'la-ti-da' behind the counter. Drinks take forever to get. The food, however, is not only delicious, it is very unexpected and different for the are! Same goes for the fantastic ambiance, decor, and overall design of the whole restaurant and bar!I ordered the Smoked Cheese Dip appetizer with the seasoned crackers and for an entree the Run of the Mill (sampler platter) which came with smoked turkey slices, 1/2 link of jalapeño cheddar sausage, pulled pork, 2 slices of brisket, a fall-off-the-bone tender pork rib, fried Brussel sprouts, Mac & Cheese, and jalapeño cornbread. The Run of the Mill ran me about $26 (as of Mar '23), and is MORE than enough food for a second meal. I couldn't have sat there and ate all that if I'd wanted to after a beer or two and a large appetizer. The cheese dip appetizer is fantastic and very different, but those dang seasoned crackers are epic. You can add take-home packages of them bad boys for only $1/ea. and if you don't get some to carry with you, you're officially certifiable. Too good and wish I had more!Overall, great experience and food, just go when you have some time to kill and don't expect it to be super quick. We just hung out and enjoyed grazing and were fine, especially as the servers were so nice.Well done, Blake's!

So delicious! Our server was very attentive and kept my water glass full. The owner asked if I enjoyed my meal and I felt very welcome. The area is clean and welcoming. Thank you!

Unreal...just crazy good. I was traveling through for work and this place was recommended by a local friend. I started with the garlic wings which were simply on point, Just wonderful. I then moved on to the brisket plate with slaw and Brussels sprouts. The brisket had a nice bark with Smokey rich flavor and the sides were just as good. The vinegar based slaw was perfect. I sat in the bar area and was taken wonderful care of. The outside is clean and you see the smokers when walking up. They're prominently featured as they should be at a great bbq joint. This place is worth the drive from wherever your reading this from. Seriously, get in the car and head this way!

Tried out a spot about an hour from home and was not at all disappointed. The loaded bbq chips were not all that good to me but I would've probably enjoyed it more with fries and less toppings that were more focused on the BBQ and sauce which were delicious. I also got the sampler platter to try it all out. The BBQ was fantastic and what I would get next time. The brisket was pretty good as well. The cornbread was excellent along with the pimento cheese. I thought the crackers were over seasoned by a lot but they were good. The Mac and cheese was good but it really did not need the crackers in it at all. It would've been so much better without all the extra salt. The smoked sausage was a hit. The turkey had good taste but mine was a little dry that day and the ribs were just not my style at all and would be the last thing I ever ordered again. I was not a fan at all of the white bbq sauce but the mild was good and paired well with the meats. My girlfriend got the turkey and although she thought it was a little dry the sauce helped out a lot and she really enjoyed it. We both thought the Mac n cheese had so much potential but just way too salty. She also got a cookie that left her really happy as we left. Such a awesome building and environment and was a great date spot for us. I would definitely recommend to my friends and others reading this.

Had the brisket and it was so tasty and tender. The sides and sauce were also great. Not too many offers in Martin and this one was probably best place from how it looked to the food. Can selection was ok but I was so disappointed in the tap selection. Consisted of shiner, Sam admas, blue moon, and laganitas. Whoever is picking the beers for the tap should be fired. Not a single local beer? Anyway, that is my biggest knock. Bourbon selection was good and the staff was very pleasant.
