After having had a bad experience here and the manager personally reaching out to rectify the situation, I can assure anyone that dining here will be a pleasant experience. The manager is very caring and will go out of his way to ensure that diners have a delicious meal with good service. Thank you Anaba for correcting the past mistake and taking care of me. Your food and teams are wonderful!

I've eaten here a dozen times and this is a solid 4 out 5 star restaurant. Our meals were tasty. Salad dressing was at expectations, the dressing was good. The quantity of shrimp was low. I counted 7-8 small-medium pieces in my meal. At $16+ a meal, that is steep in my opinion. Our sauce from our meals was leaking in the bottom of our takeout bag; thankfully, there was still enough cooked in for the taste to not be affected.Overall, we both felt like the food was good, per usual, but the portions are a bit too small for the price.

Stopped in here for lunch today. They have a very extensive menu, but we were here for the sushi. We ordered off of the lunch menu which was a perfect amount of food. My wife and I shared a crunchy eel roll and shrimp roll. Both tasted very fresh and delicious. The service was very attentive and friendly. We will certainly be back and investigate more of the menu.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. I went in today for lunch with a customer. It took this pink haired waitress 8 minutes to come and ask for our drink order. She said she would be right back to take our order. We sat another 15 minutes and decided to walk out. She never came back to take the order. There is no excuse for the poor service. There were two other servers and three cooks working. In addition to the horrible service, the booth was not only sticky, but the floor under the table looked like a toddler threw most of their food on the ground. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This place was absolutely fantastic, especially the waitress that looked like a grown up skinny version of Wednesday Addams. She was an absolute delight to have as a waitress.Food was extremely fresh with very reasonable pricing.Would highly recommend to anybody looking for fantastic sushi in East Tennessee.

The food is always pretty good here and we come often, but while we were there tonight, we counted 4 different cockroaches crawling around us in different areas. I had planned on just calling the restaurant to let them know but then I noticed other reviews mentioning bugs here. Definitely something that needs to be addressed.

Overall, everything was okay. The staff, the food, the atmosphere it was okay. Nothing special, nothing bad. The portion sizes were a little smaller than I am used to. My husband and I got an order of hibachi chicken and an order of the salmon fire roll. The hibachi was good. The sushi I was not a fan of.

My husband and I had just left a football game. It was a quarter after 9. Most restaurants close around 10 or 11. They closed at 10. My husband loves sushi but our other sushi restaurant already closed earlier unfortunately. He looked this up and said let’s try it! I was hesitant A because were walking in to a place that’s going to be closing soon and I had seen a lot of the reviews for here which were a mixture of great and not. I thought for sure they’d be reluctant and rude like most places would walking in 30+ Minutes prior to close. The hostess was super friendly and seated us right away. My husband asked our waitress a couple of questions about the rolls we wanted to try. We went for the Philly, a Hawaiian type roll, and the happy tummy roll. She was very knowledgeable and we ordered. And she made sure our drinks stayed full. We sat directly at the sushi bar in front of the chef and sushi case. Our food was a beautiful presentation and looked and was absolutely delicious. I recommend everything we tried. The chef asked us how we liked it and wanted our feedback. It was delicious and looked great. We were impressed by him His ethnicity was not of the food he was preparing and he did an outstanding job! We’ve found a new favorite for sure.

This was by far tge worst service I have ever experienced! The server with the short colored hair was extremely rude, rolled her eyes and acted inconvenience when I asked for certain things in my roll. My edimami was burnt and when I brought it to her attention she said that's the way it comes. Then when I tried to get her attention she completely ignored me. When asking for to speak to a manager we were told the manager was not there and they didn't know how to contact her. Never again will I go there.

Staff was so friendly. Our waitress was very attentive. Food came out hot and fresh. Everything was absolutely delicious. Try the miso dip as an appetizer. The tempura was super yummy too!

The service was very good. The waitress made sure we got everything we needed. I got a bento box with chicken. I strongly suggest this menu option as it gives you options to try from.

Good food but they must turn the exhaust on, the place is always smoky inside. Service was good as well. Will be back but will leave smelling like Annaba.

Food and service are good, but they skipped Free Bird - Lynyrd Skynyrd to play eye of the tiger so that automatically drops 2 stars.

Driving back home, I took a chance and pulled in here and glad I did. This was the best tonkotsu ramen I've had. Get it with chasu, I dare you to not like it.Amazing service and food. I highly recommend this place.

Anaba was fantastic. I went there everyday for lunch while I was in town for work with a Japanese coworker of mine. Lots of different choices, so many great things to try
