I just had the worst experience at this Arby's today 3/21/25 at 1:50. Stephanie took my order and she was absolutely hateful the entire time. I could not imagine acting like this to my customers. The whole place was out of whack. There were about 7 sandwiches on the counter and none being bagged while everyone in line stood there waiting. When I finally did get my food my fries were cold and hard as rocks. This was an extremely disappointing visit.

Waited for 45 mins in a drive thru line to get nothing I ordered so I'd really appreciate my 3 fish sandwiches and xl crickle fries with e salt for free......guess after a 16 hour work day I still have to do others peoples jobs with no extra pay!!!! DON'T GO HERE. YOU CAN KEEP THE MONEY AND THE FOOD. TRASH IT WENT.....A old woman that can barely work and everyone else I seen was probably 15 and playing on the phones smfh times have so changed GEN X PEOPLE

Ordered to go Dec7. 1x BBQ Bacon Burger $6.99 1x Classic French Dip & Swiss Classic $6.39 1x Curly Fries Small $2.49 1x Mozzarella Sticks 4-pc $3.99 My French dip was nothing but grease, the bun was soaked🤮. Mozzarella sticks were overcooked. The burger was just thrown together. So very disappointed !!!!
Counter lady was friendly and efficient and the food was good.

Update: I expect Arby's service to be slow but this was next level horrible. We ordered online, but they put the food behind the counter and I still had to wait for the other 4 people in front of me to order and get their food. When I got to the front the cashier turned around and walked away to fulfill other orders. Fine. But once that was done she went to the fries and just watched them for 2 batches. Literally turned her back to me and the growing line of customers. After another few minutes of this I was finally able to flag down someone else who worked there to get my food. It was now cold and 100% unacceptable service. I love their food but their customer service makes it so I don't want to return.

It was right before Tennessee game, we went through the druve thru, they were kinda busy but quick. Service was great, food was nice an hot even after getting it home.
