Heard a lot about this place and being a Florida native decided to give it a try. I got the grilled cheese with just onions on it and my husband got a Cuban. The meat on his sandwich was dry but the grilled cheese was melty and great although whoever made it must really love onions lol I just picked some off though and it was perfection. I was really sad that they didn’t have café con Leche though as it’s a staple of all Cuban places in Florida. Hoping the Cuban being dry was just a fluke as we intend to go back soon. The inside is really nicely decorated and transports you to a beach cafe. Really cute little place.

No online ordering. The Cuban Sandwich was excellent, as was the black beans and rice. Order ahead by phone if you're doing takeout. I look forward to trying their sweet plantains and empanadas

The food is great especially the Cuban sandwich and it is always hot. I like the beans and rice and get the fried sweet plantains from time to time. The portions are generous and the pricing is competitive. Service is friendly too. It's a great little restaurant.

Really good food and alot for the money ????
Home town secret. The best Cuban sandwich I have found in Tennessee. Family run so be patient. The empanadas are amazing as well. I’ve been there 60+ times over the past 9 years. Food is always consistent and amazing. Get extra Mojo sauce!!!

Not very Cuban, all the workers are Central American. I've never eating a Steak sandwich (usually called a "pan con bistec" in an actual Cuban restaurant) with way too much mayo. Cuban Steak sandwiches have caramelized onions and pik-nik sticks with real buttered toasted Cuban bread. I ordered a colada (cuban word for extra sugary espresso) and it was either weak espresso, instant coffee or american coffee. Would not recommend it to anyone who's eaten real Cuban food.

Best Cuban food I've had in a long time! Shredded pork was tender and flavorful, beans and rice were the best I've ever had! Plantains were good too. Dining area had tropical vibes with wall murals of white beaches and palm trees surrounded it and lighted up palms in the middle. Loved it!

Everything is all around amazing food. The papa rellna tho is it supposed to be crunchy on the outside? My last 2 visits they have just been more mushy.
Just got back from grabbing lunch again today. The papa was a little bit crispier. Got a pork platter but only has rice and pork. That kind hurt.

Parking: Hard to park AND the stingy gas ⛽ station won't share parking spaces shame on them

I've taken family and/or friends there 4 different times. People who didn't know if they liked Cuban food. Well, they know now! Every one of them have been back. One took her husband back the same week. This is consistently very good food. Lean, clean, delicious meats. Sides that are tasty and tempting. I haven't tried the desserts, but they look good, too. Start with the Cuban sandwich and branch out from there with something new every time you go back. You will want to go back. ?
Parking: The locals (and out of town-ers) love this food, and sometimes the little parking lot in front of Aroma is full, but the auto parts place across the road is happy to let you park there.
