We have visited the Maryville several times over the past 15 years. We have always had a great experience. We always sit at the bar, the bartenders are the best ! And so is the food. Last night, 11/22, my French fries were undercooked, my wife's broccoli was cold, and her Haystack pasta was lukewarm. Lastly the Pizza Rockefeller was undercooked What a disappoint. Because we had a few drinks our check with tip was $ 135.59. We always tip good, as we don't blame the server for the poor quality of the food. Hopefully our next visit will be a much more positive. Aubrey’s has good food like always. Their prices have gone up substantially, however as everything. I ordered a catfish dinner. Meals come with only one side unless you choose to purchase another independently. So I had one cup of baked potato soup and catfish by itself.

As newcomers to East Tennessee, we have been sampling all the local restaurants. This one will be a favorite! Great food, friendly service. Be sure to try the Haystack Pasta, it's an absolute treat! Highly recommend!

If you're going to charge $20 for a salad it better be spectacular and this one definitely wasn't. They didn't even make an effort. Cheddar's has a better salad and so does my own kitchen. Places like this are why I don't go out to eat anymore. Sad & disappointing!

Aubrey's is my favorite. I rave about their salads, raspberry vinaigrette and their hand breaded chicken strips with honey mustard. So very good!!

Okay, holy cow. This is the best place we've tried in the area to date. Good food, good service
Went here with another couple, the food was very good and the portions are large. This was my second time here and both times the service was excellent and the food was very good.

I've been to both of the Aubrey's in Knoxville, in Chattanooga, and in Maryville many many times. Aubrey's as a chain restaurant punches FAR above its weight in terms of both food and service quality. Of all the times I've been to all of them, I've never once had a bad experience.
The Maryville Aubrey's is no exception to that, and actually a step above. The food is always excellent, 100% of the time in my experience. The service is exceptional always, and the bar service is even a step above that.
For anyone who tends to avoid chains, don't miss out on Aubs. Great quality food and service, every single time. And some of the best bar service in Maryville.

I had dinner at this location for the first time and just like their other locations it was outstanding. Unlike the majority of chain restaurants Aubrey's has a great variety of food to choose from and the quality and quantity are superior. They are very organized and they have a great staff who is friendly and cares about their customers and making their experience a great one. My server was Anna. She was truly amazing. Although she had a party of 10 and other tables to service it did not seem like it. It felt like I was the only table she had. I highly recommend Aubrey's of Maryville and ask for Anna when you do go. If she's not available you will still be fine. From observation I saw other servers doing a stellar job as well. None of these positive things would be true if it were not for ownership and management that is stellar. I don't see this in other restaurants whether they are chain or just a one location restaurant. I have no patience nor accept any excuses when I can't experience this elsewhere. You either care or you don't care. That's the bottom line. Aubrey's is at the top of the pedestal. Looking forward to coming back soon even though I live in South Carolina. It's worth the drive.
