Arrived at the drive thru on Sunday morning. There was not a car in line. Several staff noted in building. Ordered 2 ham egg biscuits and a side of gravy. They got one biscuit right. The other one was a ham and cheese. It’s not rocket science.
And 50% of the time our orders are incorrect.
Do better. Try to have at least a little work ethic.

Been sitting here for 20 minutes now. Hire staff or don't open. Employee Kylie was extremely rude. Why should I wait in a long line when I ordered online? Make it make sense

This isn’t the first time this location has failed to meet expectations. This particular event was disappointing due to running out of biscuits, Diet Pepsi, and didn’t get the order right. I asked for honey mustard sauce and received BBQ. The chicken strips were lacking as well, it looks like I got a box of scraps. Not only all this, but none of the lids stayed on the drinks resulting in spilling, no napkins or straws were received, like I said before, this isn’t the first time this one location has come up short in exceeding expectations. I don’t know if the management is at fault or the younger staff not caring, but Bojangles, you need to step up your game.

A group and I came through bo jangles today at 8:30 am and we were planning on going into the lobby but it was closed when there was times posted on the door saying the lobby was open at 5 am (3 hours). We then tried the drive thru and we had 3 separate orders and they said “it’s against company policy to take that many at one time.” I’d rather the crew be honest and say they don’t have enough people then lie straight to mine and my crews face about it.

Place had no customers but behind counter looked like a tornado been through.
Chicken was dry , taters &gravy looked rough. Macaroni &cheese was dryish.
Only thing decent was the biscuits.
Maybe lunch is better were food is fresh.
But don't go in evenings. Had to throw most away. What a waist..

I assume they're understaffed. I'm waiting on a curbside order now and it's been about 30 minutes. Drivethru not busy either. This location used to be fast.

The manager Kayleigh has no sense of urgency and instead of taking responsibility, she wants to accuse one of being rude for calling it out.
You will be here for 30 minutes before you get your order even though it's not busy.
Her excuse is lack of employees when 4 people are standing here. It does NOT take 25 minutes to make Bo Bites for a DoorDash order.
They ignore you for their precious drive thru timed times. ?
