You could really tell they were struggling not for sure new hires management something just wasn't right and they didn't get the order right either she read it right but what was in the bag was not what she said or what we ordered

I went to Bojangles today and never even got to order. The cashier was too busy chatting with customers about K-pop instead of taking care of the line. I was second in line and still ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. People ahead of me and behind me gave up and left, and so did I. Absolutely unacceptable service — if staff can’t focus on customers, management needs to step in.

Not sure what all the talk is about. Was just an average, boring sandwich. No reason to go back.

The staff was so kind! We typically eat in Knoxville and have been avoiding Bojangles lately because most locations have not offered a great experience. Taevion (sp?) was so polite. We aren’t in Maryville often, but would recommend this location if you are craving bojangles!!

3:00p on a hot summer day lowers the bar for quality expectation in a fast service place like Bojangles. However, the place was clean, service was adequate, and food wasn’t old. I’ll call it a win. A smile from employees would have been helpful, but I’ll take this in a jam.

Store manager Christian attitude on handling our order we left without our food. At first she refused to give us the store # and corporate number or a way to make a complaint. Her answer was I don't know repeatedly. With her attitude and lack of manners and common sense idk how she became a store manager

The manager David I believe his name is, he is pretty awesome. Really hardworking, professional and just an overall awesome man. He handles problems very nicely so you made a great choice putting him in charge. Thank you David and my little dog said thank you too, ☺️

We went to the Lamar Alexander location in Maryville TN. It was around 730pm and the dining room was closed/locked with no reason posted. Hours were until 10pm. Drive thru was open but we weren’t going to eat in our car. So disappointing.

Change the Google time open for the drive through. They are not open until 11, even though the sign is still on and they’re still answering the intercom just to tell people Google has it wrong 🤷♀️ I don’t normally leave bad reviews but it’s something every time I come here.
