Nobody answered the drive through so i walked in, an older black woman at the register saw me and ignored me standing infront of them for 10 minutes before walking to the back where i heard them laughing and chatting with another employee. Could have atleast told me they didn't have any food ready yet, very rude

For a place that prides itself on good chicken you would think they would have it down, not the case. The spicy chicken tender and regular chicken tenders were very dry, not what you would expect from a 3 piece meal for $10 each meal. Won’t be returning.

Terrible atmosphere hearing the employees degrade each other while their working. Then not having sides when all of them were just standing there. My sandwich sat there for 10 minutes while they cooked more fries and the chicken leg just sat there getting cold. These kids need supervision and professionalism training. I know its just fast food but it goes a long way in life too.

5 stars all the way around! They were BUSY when I was there, and the staff was polite and efficient. I picked up a family pack for my husband and kids, and ordered a grilled chicken breast for myself (I have celiac, so I can't eat their fried chicken). They were kind enough to cut it up for me so I could easily eat it without getting a knife! We come here often, usually for takeout, and we have always had a great experience even if we have to wait a bit when they are busy. The excellent service is always worth waiting for! ❤️ The crew working the evening shift tonight deserves a bonus!Dietary restrictions: I found GF options from the Bojangles website, and they are always happy to accommodate so that I can eat with my family!

Over the last several months we have tried to order a family size fried chicken meal. Each time we were told it would be 25 minutes because they didn’t have any fried chicken. They only had boneless chicken and a few wings. Yesterday was the fourth time. I understand once, maybe twice, but this is ridiculous. We will go somewhere else from now on. We have been getting chicken from there for years.
