Lobby was closed for seating due to lack of employees. Outside patio tables/seating available for customers. Service was very timely and courteous. Food was prepared well and taste good.

First and foremost. I love Bojangles and I eat there 5 days a week before work. Today was a little different. When I pulled up the girl said cash only, that is fine, second I ordered the steak biscuit and seasoned fries like I do every morning and she proceeded to tell me that they have bo rounds and I couldn't take it anymore I pulled off before I said anything I was going to regret. Went to the old school Hardee's

Not coming back here again. This location has some sort of disconect between ordering and food preparation. After the food is ready for some reason it takes them 10 minutes to get it to you, and by then it's no longer fresh. Asked for hot and fresh french fries with extra seasoning. Received cold, old, and soggy fries.This was our third and last time here.

While this Bojangles has been reliably good in the past tonight will make me never go back. This evening I ordered the mixed 8 piece chicken, 12 tender family meal. It was $52 and absolutely horrible. They made me wait in my vehicle for 15 minutes for my food. That is typical and ok. When I got home the 8 piece of chicken had only dark meat, no breasts. The tenders were so old and hard they were not edible. They did not put any biscuits in the box and did not put any of the dipping sauces in the box. The dirty rice was mush and we did not get any gravy with the mashed potatoes. If the employees have time to hang out in the dining area, they have time to do their jobs correctly.

Corporate needs to come in this location and fix it. Waiting an hour plus for your food, not told before hand thats it going to take that long or I wouldn't have got food here. Don't have half of what you ordered once you finally get it.

You know I love Bojangles, but today I purchased two sausage biscuits. One was delicious. The other one was barely edible. The biscuit was very hard around the edges. I thought you were famous for your biscuits. I mean how much would you lose to throw away an over cooked biscuit. Shouldn’t be serving them like that.

Not bad. Biscuits and gravy weren't my favorite, however the other things I ordered were really good. The lady was so kind and was willing to drop some food in the fryer even though they weren't serving it anymore.

It smells like mold when you walk through the door the guy at the register moves like he has nothing to do. He is touching food and chicken with his bare hands. No gloves, no tongs got caught doing it. And got in trouble in front of customers. Overall, don't eat here.

Went through the drive-through and found a hair in my Bo round so we went back around to tell them and the manager (dark curly haired guy) at the window was really upset about it and was just rude and had a really bad attitude at the situation. I was nothing but nice about the issue. It was really uncalled for especially since it was not a mistake of our own. (neither of us had black hair) if he thought we are lying we’re not it’s on the concrete by the building. :)

We had to wait a little longer for our food, not a problem. When it was ready, it wasn't for carry out, not a problem. The worker who brought it to the counter was the problem. She cussed that it hadn't been rung up as carry out and cussed at the young man at the register. She looked at the receipt and then threw it in the gravy. Frustrated, she said I'll have to pack it to go. I could hear her fussing about it and blaming the young man. It took longer to get it back then it did the first time. She said there wasn't a receipt because it had food on it. It took over thirty minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food to leave. Very poor service on her part.

They should close this place. After waiting 30 minutes for an on line order they told me they didn't have the chicken for my order. Then they couldn't refund my money.
