Went through the drive-through and found a hair in my Bo round so we went back around to tell them and the manager (dark curly haired guy) at the window was really upset about it and was just rude and had a really bad attitude at the situation. I was nothing but nice about the issue. It was really uncalled for especially since it was not a mistake of our own. (neither of us had black hair) if he thought we are lying we’re not it’s on the concrete by the building. :)

We had to wait a little longer for our food, not a problem. When it was ready, it wasn't for carry out, not a problem. The worker who brought it to the counter was the problem. She cussed that it hadn't been rung up as carry out and cussed at the young man at the register. She looked at the receipt and then threw it in the gravy. Frustrated, she said I'll have to pack it to go. I could hear her fussing about it and blaming the young man. It took longer to get it back then it did the first time. She said there wasn't a receipt because it had food on it. It took over thirty minutes from the time we ordered until we got our food to leave. Very poor service on her part.

They should close this place. After waiting 30 minutes for an on line order they told me they didn't have the chicken for my order. Then they couldn't refund my money.

Deserves zero stars, but not possible. The lady at the window was EXTREMELY rude, yelling that I would have to come inside for a pickup order that I selected "drive thru" on. Which is no big deal, except then the other employees told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I have now been sitting here almost an hour and still don't have my food. A lady came out about 30 mins ago and said we were waiting 6 mins on the pie I ordered, still no food OVER 30mins later. I'm STILL waiting. The lady was extremely rude, and I had to wait an hour for an order I have already paid for AND I placed the order online 30 mins PRIOR to showing up, meaning they had over an hour total to get it together and did not.

I had a terrible experience at Bojangles today. I sat in the drive-through’s outside lane for four full turns while the inside lane kept getting all the attention. After waiting far too long, I decided to drive up to the window, only to be met with an incredibly rude employee who dismissed the issue by saying they didn’t know who was there first. If you’re going to have two lanes, you need to figure out how to use them properly so customers aren’t stuck waiting indefinitely.
Even worse, the lack of customer service made the situation much more frustrating. A little understanding and kindness would have gone a long way, but instead, the employee was dismissive and unhelpful. Bojangles, if you’re reading this, please focus on two things: 1. Train your staff to manage two-lane drive-throughs effectively. 2. Teach your employees to treat customers with respect.
This place is a damn joke. Came in Monday evening with my family and employees standing around not doing nothing not helping with order. One employee standing around dry humping on a guy...family friendly atmosphere....NOPE!! I will never come back to this location. Low standards at this store. Already contacted corporate about this location.

Drive thru. No cars at speaker. 2 cars up at window. It took 8 minutes till someone spoke and to get 2 chicken biscuits from time I pulled up to drive thru speaker till they handled me the order 22 minutes. For the last three weeks its been getting worse. I'm going give it 1 more chance then Hardee's will be my go to for breakfast.
