Avoid this place on Saturday and Sunday. They have no help and we waited 30 minutes for our food dining in. They have to take care of the drive up first. The girl at the counter was handling both. They also ran out of food and had to make more. If you want to eat at Bojangles on the weekend go to drive up get your food and eat inside. It's much faster.

The very nice positive enthusiastic gentleman that was working the drive-through today was wonderful and gave us the best bacon egg cheese biscuit we’ve ever had at Bojangles for my sister who is visiting from St. Louis.

I hear this store is under new management and it certainly shows. Went in for a simple breakfast sandwich that tasted absolutely amazing and the staff were quick and efficient…who could ask for more?
Stopped over the weekend and had a great experience! Seems like there has been a positive change in management because service and cleanliness were much better than my previous visit. The food was fresh too. The staff was very friendly and they seemed to enjoy serving me. I'll definitely visit again next time I'm in the area.

the cashier was very lazy and unproffesional because i asked for coffe and she went to get my coffee but there was not enough cofffee in the pot and there was another guy about to make coffee but the lady did not want to wait for the fresh coffee so she decided to pour in some of the old coffee but it was not enough and then she filled up half of the coffee with the non caffinated coffee without my permission. The lady thought i was not watching her it was very sad to see an employee doing such a louzy job.

I ordered a wing dinner, along with 4 extra wings and told me to park in a particular space so when they are done they would bring the dinner to us. A half hour went by and I went back to the window and asked where our dinner is. They asked where I parked and I told them. So they said just pull up to the end of the sidewalk. They apologized again. Then someone came up AGAIN and said one of the servers gave the 3 wings away. They gave us 3 old thighs. I cannot believe I was treated like that.

Food is decent when you get it but good luck getting it. The lobby is frequently closed and even if it is open you'll stand at the front for 10 minutes before they even grudgingly acknowledge you.

NEVER GO AT LUNCH!!!! Not only did they only have 1 person working, he was rude as hell saying he can't be in 2 places at once after saying hello sitting g in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. When we do actually go, they do not know how to make gravy and they will tell you that. If you order the sausage gravy expect a biscuit sitting in white clumpy water. Never again!
